This charming apartment has just been completely renoved.
It lays on the 3° floor (no lift), in a building of the 18th century placed rue Saint-André-des-Arts (75006), in the heart of Odéon, Saint-Germain district; Saint-Michel and Odeon subway stations.
* Surface is 48 m² (516 Sq.feet) Wood floor. It is extremely luminous and very quiet.
* A large living-room. There is a table for dining and six chairs. The table can be extended.
* There are two separated bedrooms.
- a bedroom on a backyard, therefore very calm, with a double bed (140x200 cm).
- a second bedroom, on the street but very calm, with two twin beds (90x200 cm), which can easily be converted to a king size bed (180x200 cm).
- two more basic personal sofa-beds in the living room, that suit perfectly for children or young adults.
- there is a cot too.
The bedrooms are not very large but they are - as the rest of the apartment - very luminous, thanks to big windows, and very quiet. You have open outlooks on both sides. Of course, you have curtains to protect you from light during the night.

Place is perfect exactly what you need in the heart of paris! Great touch with the fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer! For the price especially it doesn't get any better! U walk outside and your at saint germain and quartie Latin. Very comfy beds and modern furniture!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Great place, great location, great host. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and Alexandre was very responsive and helpful. As others have stated, there are quite a few stairs, and the noise outside from the street can get a little loud on weekend nights. But the apartment is in an ideal location and has all the necessary amenities. Our family had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We spent three nights In this apartment as part of our european vacation & the apartment had everything we needed. The location of this place is awesome & you could not ask for better. You are right in the hub of things and a great location for older kids. Ours are between 12 & 16. We had a car so we had to find parking which was around the corner.There are a choice of restaurants at reasonable prices & activity everywhere. The apartment is well equipped & tidy with plenty of character & fairly modern inside. We did not spend a lot of time there as we were out seeing all we could in the time we were there. I would certainly recommend this place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. This apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the Seine, 2 metro lines and walking distance to many sights. The kitchen has all the tools you would need to cook a great meal (although with so many great restaurants in the neighborhood we only kept snacks and wine in the fridge and did not cook once) and there is a good grocery store around the corner. The bathroom was very clean and the shower pressure was great. Alexandre was very helpful, answered all our questions and was easy to work with. I really want to come back to Paris soon with my sister and I would stay in this apartment. My husband and I would both recommend this apartment. What a great find! The Location is five stars, right in the student district on the left bank with restaurants cafes and shops. Three boulongerie's to choose from and a handy Carrefour supermarket nearby. We walked to Notre Dame, The Louvre, Musee D'Orsay and with metro and RER stops close by at St Michel and Odeon you can get to all the sights easily. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and with high ceilings on each floor this is a hike with your luggage on arrival and departure. Very secure with access code from the street. We arrived by car which is not recommended. Better to use train or taxi the last bit. The heating was wonderful (even the towel rail) washing machine and dishwasher nice to have. We would recommend this apartment to anyone. The owner was so helpful. Alex waited for us to arrive, even bought a new single sofa-bed immediately when one of them didn't work properly. Alex allowed us to stay till 5pm on the day we left which made our last day in Paris so easy. We had 6 of us (all family) with children aged 22, 20, 18 and 15 and despite the one bathroom we just loved the apartment and especially it's location.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

The apartment proved exactly as described in the advertisement. That was nice to discover and brought us only pleasant surprises ! Proprietor Alexandre was very helpful and wasn't surprised by our three young children who raced up the stairs to explore the apartment. Meanwile he helped unloading the car and showing a garage. The little hideaway was provided with all the necessary items and located in the very hart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, a perfect start for a nice visit to Paris. Our family of 4 stayed for a total of 6 nights over the Christmas and New Years holiday period. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spacious apartment located in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is ideally located on a nice walking street with many amenities right outside the complex' front door.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Thank you Alexandre for having a two bedroom apartment with everything we needed to make our trip to Paris more homey. Wifi that works! A location that's easy to find and on one of the most charming streets in Paris. Starbucks across the street for those who care. And steps to the Metro. A washing machine was a bonus. Alexandre was easy to be in contact with and very accomodating from first contact to meeting us at the front door.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We stayed in the Apt. on Rue Saint Andres de Arts for one week. It was a wonderful street to stay on. Just out the front door there were many stores, restaurants, cafes and anything you could possibly want. A farmers market right down the street. The oldest cobble stone street was right around the corner on a very narrow alleyway with many wonderful places to eat. We loved the little restaurant Cepe & Figue and ate lunch and dinner there. We were three women staying in the apartment and found it very comfortable. We bought fresh veggies and soups to eat in the apartment quite a few times. The apartment is a walk up to the third floor, but it kept us in shape. We felt very safe in the apartment and everything was very neat and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The only recommendations I have it to ask Alexandre exactly how to use the washing machine. (it took us a while to figure it out) And please bring ear plugs. I slept in the back bedroom and it was very quiet. However my friends who slept in the front bedroom said the noise from the street kept them awake on the weekends. The photos and description was very accurate. I hope to return next year!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

I was part of a group of three 40-something women who had an enjoyable stay at this apartment in late September. The location is ideal for those who want an active visit in a lively part of Paris. The neighborhood is filled with terrific cafes, restaurants and shops and is a short walk to the Metro, the Seine, museums and parks. Nice to have a kitchen--there's a Carrefour around the corner for groceries and an Eric Keyser boulangerie for your morning baguette. You can walk to Notre Dame in less than 10 minutes, Place St. Michel in five, and the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay in 15. The apartment is up three flights of circular stairs, which wasn't a problem for us but might be challenging for those with less cardiovascular fitness. The photos represent the apartment accurately: it's sparely furnished, and there are no personal touches or "decor," so to speak, but the beds are comfortable and there's plenty of closet space (no bureaus or drawers for clothes, fyi). The kitchen is well equipped with a large amount of counter space for a small Parisian apartment. The only negatives to our stay was a significant amount of street noise late at night that made it hard to sleep (bring ear plugs just in case). This isn't a luxurious apartment, but the price is excellent, Alexandre is very responsive and helpful, and the location is ideal. Highly recommended for friends, seasoned travelers, families and those who love Paris.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
