  This condo was perfect. Being able to step right out onto the balcony to see the sunrise, eating breakfast and lunch while not missing anything happening on the beach, makes for an awesome time. Having a bedroom balcony to listen to the ocean all night, feeling the cool breeze, smelling the salty air, makes for a great relaxing time. It was just one couple staying this go round, but this condo would be perfect for 2 couples, the layout lends itself well to privacy and personal space for 2 couples. (We have been on beach vacations with as much as 25 other people and no personal space, so we know the need for privacy). The balcony is plenty big enough so that several people can relax and be comfortable. We had everything we needed, every cooking utensil, pot, pan, and lots of dishes for use. The location is close enough for convenience, yet just far away enough for quite. I would highly recommend this condo. The owner, John was great to work with, patient with this new comer to VRBO; we would most definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

  John was quick to respond to all inquiries and was very easy to work with. Condo is in a great location to be close to restaraunts/shopping/The Trak etc. Loved the tile floors in the condo. Would highly recommend John's condo to anyone vacationing in Gulf Shores!

  We had a great week at Crystal Shores condo # 706. John was very easy to work with during booking and during our stay. The condo has everything you need. We were there during July 4th and was able to view the fireworks from the beach by the condo. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about spending a week in Gulf Shores.

  This was a wonderful condo I would highly recommend. John was easy to work with and responded to our rental inquiry very quickly. The unit was close to everything but not in the middle of the congested area so that was a plus. The gulfview from the balcony was great, and the furniture for the balcony was very comfortable. We were able to watch the dolphins in the early morning. The complex is right on the beach so you don't have a long walk when carrying your things to the beach for the day, which is really nice. The unit itself was very roomy the bedrooms were nice size and very nicely decorated, along with the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pans and gadgets you need, it also had a full size washer and dryer. The complex was well maintained with friendly security. I have been coming to Gulf Shores since the 70's, there is a lot to see and do, the beaches are awsome with the beautiful white sand and are very clean. We had a wonderful vacation!

  We have stayed in this condo for two years (Jan - Mar) and are booked again for next year. The condo is very clean and comfortable, the flat screen tv's in the living room and master bedroom are a plus. We spend a lot of time on the balcony, the view is beautiful and it's fun watching the dolphins. The swimming pool and the workout room are great. The location is conveniently close to shopping and many great restaurants. The complex is kept very clean due to the grounds staff. John is great to work with.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  We had the most wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was better than expected. The balcony was our most favorite place to hang out. We stayed 7 nights and 4 or 5 mornings we were able to drink our coffee on balcony while watching up to 10 dolphins swimming right in front of our condo! WOW! My 14 year old boys even got up early one day to see that. Being our first time to Gulf Shores we werent sure what to expect but we will be back! Great place to vacation. Booking through VRBO was a breeze with John. He made everything so easy it seemed to easy. :) Thanks John for having such a lovely well stocked condo!

$250 DEPOSIT WHICH IS REFUNDABLE UPON DEPARTURE AND INSPECTION. AT LEAST 1/2 OF THE RENT IS DUE NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN, THE REMAINDER OF THE RENT IS DUE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN. THE RENTAL CONTRACT HAS ALL THE DETAILS.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

LODGING TAX OF 11% AND CLEANING FEE OF $80 WILL BE ADDED TO ALL RENTALS
