Desoto Park will make your stay enjoyable. Easy access to Busch Gardens, day trip access to Disney World. 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg with many museums, restaurants and points of interest. 30 minutes to Tampa International airport and downtown Tampa. Good location for spring training baseball teams. Unit has one bedroom but two additional sleeper sofas.

I recently stayed at this wonderful little slice of heaven with my husband, daughter and grand daughter. It is even more beautiful in person than the photo's show. The beach was just across the street and shopping and restaurant within walking distance. The beach house was much larger than it appears and included wifi, beach chairs. laundry facilities and a kitchen with all the appliances needed. We will return again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Nice location - just cross the road and you are at the beach. I would recommend a car to explore surrounding area. Very quiet area, so probably not a good choice if you want to party.Owner response: Ute, So glad you enjoyed the location and beach at Pass-a-Grille. Rented the house for 1 week. Very spaceous living area. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Can watch the sunsets from the living room. Just a few steps across the street to the beach. Had a few friends in before we left and they all want to rent the house sometime. Very, very happy with our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Our family recently stayed at this property for 11 days and could not have been more pleased. The house was more than spacious enough for our 3 children which include 2 rowdy young boys. Beautiful white sandy St. Pete Beach was simply a walk across the street and when we weren't on the beach we could still enjoy the ocean view from the large picture window in the living room. We enjoyed the quaintness of Pass a Grille by attending their street fair, restaurants, sea side grille, public park that includes play equipment tennis court and even softball field for our daughter and coach daddy to get some practice in:) all within walking distance. Practically anything you would want to do is within a short driving distance. We took a day trip to Legoland and was back to breathe the ocean air before bedtime. The house did not lack anything our family needed to live away from home for 11 days. There were even bikes in garage along with beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. We made memories that will last a lifetime and will definatly want to stay in this property again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

About: My wife and I have been coming to Pass-a-Grille for over 40 years and spend part of each year here. We love the friendly people and the ease of access to the cities of St. Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota.
Why St. Pete Beach:
We originally purchased here because our family owned and vacationed here. We love the area and how accessible this small community is to the larger metropolitan communities.
