  Great location and great condo! Even though the weather was cool, we made up for lack of beach time by staying in the heated pool. Great week with grandkids! I loved the view.

  Ken & Katie's condo is the perfect place to stay while vacationing on Topsail! This condo comes very well equiped. We love the great views from the balcony. You can even keep an eye on the kids while they are at the outdoor pool. Our family has stayed in this condo several times and would recommend this unit to anyone. Perfect fit for our family of 5. The location is also perfect. Not too close to city life but not too far away to shop or see a movie- but only if it's a rainy day!

  We had a great time. The unit was great. Perfect for what we needed. Loved the pool and the beach. Not to far from shopping. Overall had a great stay!!!

  We just got back from our stay...everyone fell in love with the condo! Fantastic views, great amenities, super-SUPER comfortable beds and seating! We did have some arguments over who got to sit in the BIG chair that looked out to the balcony! The owners are great to work with. One big plus is the fact that instead of having to tote keys down to the beach, you only have to put the code in the lock...a great feature if you have more than two people staying. We loved the place so much, my wife has already made the reservations for next year!

  Great place to relax and catch some great sun. We have two young children and this was a great place to vacation. Condo was the perfect size. Having two bedrooms with several different sleeping arrangements was a nice option as well. We had such an awesome time we are planning another vacation with another couple as well as our children! Recommend this property to anyone.

  We absolutely look forward to vacationing at St. Regis as often as we can. We had amazing weather! The kids had a blast and made many new friends. As always, we did a few upgrades to the unit...a new media stand with a new flat screen TV, a new microwave and few little items to make the condo more comfortable. We can't wait to come back again soon!
