  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this condo through VRBO. I have used that service for many years. This place was not up to their standard. There were not instructions in the house for anything. Not TV channels. No trash instructions and minimal cleaning supplies. We only had 9 people thank goodness because if we had had 12 there would not have been enough towels. I understand that it is run by a different company but I would recommend taking it off I purchased Draino to unclog tubs and a new remote for the TV. The one in the house did not work. Great location and great house for Minimal users.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved this rental. It was at the perfect location. Within walking distance of a few bars, souvenir shops and the beach. My friends are already talking about going back next year and renting the same house.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for 3 nights 4 days and LOVED being at Pelican's Perch. The location is PERFECT. Directly across the street from the beach and close enough to EVERYTHING. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5 on condition was the elevator was not working and we could have really used it. The place is just as shown as online pix but there was NO HOT TUB, only 1 jetted tub in upstairs master. Perfect other than that and we plan to book with BTC as often as we come into town!

  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty floor, filthy carpet, mystery lock on front door When I saw the carpets I wanted to leave! However, where do yot put up 12 people on a moments notice? I should have passed it up in the first place for lack of reviews. The tile floor was dirty, the carpets on 1st & 2nd floors filthy. I was told twice that the unit was so big that they had trouble cleaning it. Apparently rather than putting extra resources into it they just didn't finish. Linens for sofa were wadded in a closet, like the last user stuffed them there. Front door has unusual locking scheme which the property mgr should have told us about. Garbage disposal didn't work but they came and unstuck it within an hour of my call. No ice & no water from fridge. He simply turned the ice maker on (if I was supposed to do that they should have told me). Fridge water leaking into the fridge so they sent an appliance man next day. Needed a part - came in day before we left. On the second day I asked for the tile floors to be cleaned - no response. Called again 4th day and was told that the owner of the management co. would call. No call! Also asked if they expected that the elevator worked - they did. I reported that it didn't. I shouldn't have assumed that they didn't care that it didn't work. On our last night someone rang the back doorbell and knocked on the back door. Since they were there with a flashlight I'm thinking that it was a (friendly?) occupant of one of the other condos. Condo is spacious. Hot water, clothes washer & dryer and dishwasher all worked well. Unit is easily within walking distance of two public accesses to beach. Wifi worked great. They didn't tell us the passcode (it was after their regular hours on Saturday. Ample dishes and silverware but we set aside about 10 things that we considered unusable and left a note on them. Ample towels, washrags, soap, toilet paper, etc to get you started. Door frame inside master bedroom had been splintered and patched. Pool area was clean and had outdoor shower.

Adam with bookthatcondo was a tremendous help with not only our Condo Rentals but also finding a Photographer, caterer, and many other activities while we were there...He was GREAT! Wonderful personality...informative...and best of all he went the extra mile with everything. My family and I enjoyed our stay and my dream wedding came true. Thanks.
