There is room for the family to stretch out in GH#50! One story and a spacious 2,146 sq. feet (plus 1,000+ sq. foot finished basement), this vacation home will meet all your needs, and then some.
The great room is open to the dining room and kitchen so the cook in your party will always be included in the action. This area is light and bright with lots of patio doors and skylights and has two comfortable couches and an easy chair in the living room.
The kitchen is well-equipped with miles of counter-space and extra cupboards for your use. There is a self-expanding dining table that sits up to 8 and an eating bar that seats 4. The dining chairs are padded and comfortable. Also dine outside on the large wrap-around decks using the gas barbeque that is provided.
A 42' LED television, Blue-ray DVD player, wireless internet, iPod speaker dock, and a printer are also provided in the living room for your convenience. A new fireplace insert keeps you cozy and warm on those fall and winter evenings and remote control candles add to the ambiance at night.
Off the living room is a laundry with full size washer and dryer, and a roomy garage for your golf clubs and bikes (four bikes are provided for your use).
Go downstairs to the basement and you will find an amazing recreation area that will provide you with evenings full of fun for you and the kids. This room includes a full size ping pong table, a foos ball table and a game table, plus a comfy lounge area for movies on a 32' flat screen television.
The master bedroom has a king bed and large bath with a Japanese-style soaking tub in the bathroom. The queen bedroom also has its own bath. There is a den sleeping area off the living room with a bunk bed that includes a twin on top, double bed and a trundle that can be pulled out.
Take an easy walk to Robert's Pub for lunch, dinner or cocktails. The terrain is flat and makes for easy walking or biking to the Lodge pool and rec area for even the smallest bikers. This is a wonderful vacation rental for the small or extended family.

What is not to love about the spacious Central Oregon beauty! A fabulous home to entertain in for all ages. Whether in the summer or winter months, there is something for everyone. Just to mention a few, a game room in the fully furnished basement, with ping pong, foos ball and game tables. Lots of comfortable seating in the central living room with a fireplace and candles, what else do you need! The open kitchen is well equipped and enough room for too may cooks in the kitchen to get their jobs done, while still being part of the conversations taking place. A horse shoe pit just off of the wrap around deck, with ample lounging area and gas bbq, perfect for entertaining or relaxing in the midst of the natural surroundings. Definitely will be back, as it's just a short jaunt from the bay area, whether by car of plane. Best get your reservations in early, you will not be disappointed!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

This home provided the entertaining space needed for our adults and teens allowing privacy in separate spaces. Our teens had friends over daily for ping pong, foos ball, game table,....in the large finished basement, while the adults entertained in the huge open living space. Very unique feature. This is the home that friends renting other BB houses all converged to for our get together functions. It was nice to have the teens so happy to stay at the house with friends, instead of traveling to the lodges and other ranch locations for entertainment in the evening. Lots of car park space for visitors, fantastic large deck with lounging space, high ceilings and beautiful woodwork in every room. Large garage for sports equipment. Spacious kitchen for multiple cooks to share prep space. Private location.Very comfortable in every aspect.We have rented homes all over BB ranch. This is our favorite. Our friends are booking this home instead of their usual BB listed house rentals. Now we compete for the same rental dates! We plan on renting for ski season, a great house for summer and winter vacations. This home exceeded our needs for both teens and adults.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Rates
Summer season the rate is $250 per night with a 7 night minimum. A 10% discount applies during the shoulder season. Off-season the rate is $175 per night. Christmas and New Years are regular rates. Call for specific rates & dates. An 8% tax and a refundable security deposit equal to one night's rent apply to all stays. A cleaning charge of $91 (includes tax) applies to all stays less than 5 nights. This is a dog friendly home. There is a $20/per night charge for your dog - restrictions apply. Black Butte Ranch accesses a $5.00/per person/ per night fee upon your arrival at the Welcome Center. Rates and dates can change.
