Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this home is spacious and immaculate with an open floor plan, and large enough to comfortably accomodate large families while still offering privacy. The house is a short walk to the beach, and close to the top restaurants and attractions that long beach island has to offer.
This home offers five bedrooms, four of which have en suite bathrooms. Three queen beds, one double bed, and three twin beds provide comfortable sleeping for 11. A gourmet kitchen with water views opens to the large living and dining areas, also with large windows and french doors to enjoy the water views. A den with a gas fireplace and flat screen tv is the perfect place to relax. Upstairs bedrooms have french doors which lead onto the balcony for panoramic bay views. The ground level master suite also has french doors which open onto a enclosed porch facing the bay. All rooms have cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans.
The house is centrally air conditoned with an upstairs and downstairs control unit. There is a washer/dryer on the ground level, microwave, top of the line gas stove, cappuccino maker, gas BBQ, outdoor shower, and many other amenities to make your stay comfortable. Four TV's and WiFi are included. There is a fenced in deck on the water for nightly dinners while enjoying the amazing sunsets. There is parking for 4 cars on property. Great for families.
