We would love to share our home with you! If you are looking for an extended stay, please let us know and we can work on a special rate for you. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor condo. Beds include 1 king bed in the master, 1 bunk bed with full size bed on top and bottom in Guest Room 1, and 2 bunk beds with twin size beds on top and bottom of both in Guest Room 2. The sofa also converts into a full size bed. A pack-n-play is also available. Just outside the front door is a one car garage. We use a key code doorlock so no hassle with keeping up with keys. You will love the conveniences!!! Our home has a mountainy decor with granite kitchen counters and 9 foot ceilings and a 60" LED flatscreen tv. Everything is brand new in the unit!!! The ski bus picks you up just one house over and the hot tubs are just across the drive. You look out at the beautiful pine forest from the living room!

About the owner: My wife and I have four children, girls ages 11, 9, 7, and son is 4 1/2. Our sons has special needs and we are looking forward to him getting involved with the NSCD next year. The girls are part of the Eskimo Club and are amazing skiers. We are proud of all of them!!! We do live in Colorado and love everything Colorado has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Timbers:
We chose this property because we LOVE the location. We can hop on the bus to get to the slopes, the grocery store is just down the road, and most of all the beauty of the property. The children are safe going outside to play and sled, easy uploading and loading plus a garage, and we are on the local free bus route to the resort. We have the best of both worlds; the tranquility of the pine forest without the crowds and the resort is just a short ride away!!! What more could you ask for!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When we are here we love to snow ski, tubing, and snowshoe and sledding we can do from right outside the back door. The snowshoe and snowmobile trails are within minutes. We also love to watch family movies together!!!!
