Nestled in the North Carolina mountains, this cabin is the perfect place to take your family and escape the rush of everyday life. It's situated in a quiet area with plenty of hills, boulders and fields for the kids to play in. The front porch was a wonderful sanctuary to read a book or enjoy nature. Inside the cabin had everything you need! The mattresses are comfortable, plenty of seating and space, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is even a rolling pin! The entire cabin is clean, and the owners have done a terrific job anticipating your every need. My entire family (husband, two sons and basset hound) had a GREAT time at the cabin and would definitely stay there again.

My family (8 of us) stayed here just for the weekend, but it was the most relaxing and enjoyable weekend! The cabin is beautiful inside and out! Screened in and open sections of the back deck were great! Close to Boone and right up the road from Hawksnest zip lines/snow tubing, we did the zip lines and it was a blast! Had the pleasure of meeting the cabin owner, super nice guy! Thanks for everything, we had a fabulous weekend!

Thank you for such a wonderful place to relax, explore and have fun! Your cabin is perfectly situated for exploring local towns and activities. We never drove farther than 1/2 hour. We explored Appalachian State University and the town of Boone, Blowing Rock with fantastic up scale shops, Linville Caves, of course Grandfather Mountain - made it to the top and then some !! - Banner Elk and Valle Crusis. Taught the children fly fishing, walked endless (really!!) mountain roads, relaxed on the front porch swing, met the neighbors (all are So friendly!!) and loved the local grocery store! A PERFECT spot to do it all without taxing time, funds or energy.

We had a wonderful long weekend at your cabin! It is beautiful inside and out! We liked the easy access and the small neighborhood with other log cabins nearby. We enjoyed going out to the area activities and coming "home" to such a comfortable house. For the middle of August, the weather was absolutely gorgeous - high 60's to low 70's at midday! We all wished we could stay much longer.

We had a wonderful time and your cabin is absolutely beautiful! We could just stay here forever. It was perfect for our stay.
