Because it sits so high the views are breath taking and there is almost always a beautiful breeze. The house faces SE so you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets.
It's more like 'Your' vacation home, it has so many amenities.

We are staying here for eighth year! Excellent breeze and view- having a blast! Everyone that walks in the door gasps at how amazing it is at this house. Great stuff to do on island- two awesome restaurants.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We have been going to the Abacos for 30 years and finally bit the bullet and bought a lot thinling we would someday build on it. Well within six months we were on the road to being second home owners. What a task, but it turned out beautiful and we really enjoy the area. The people on the island are friendly and it is very tranquil, John is a real estate lawyer and I own a hair salon.
