Luxurious, cozy, comfy nest perfect for singles or couples. It has more privacy than you can imagine. It is located at the south end of our property and even has its own road! The furnishings are high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen is complete with all new stainless appliances. This is a great choice for hikers and bikers, or front porch sitters!

Highly Recommended! I loved my stay here with my cat and hated to leave. She loved watching all of the wildlife. It was a very special time for us. Plenty of privacy and the owners were so nice and very helpful. It was clean and beautiful. We had a wonderful time staying in this adorable place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Cute, fun place. We really enjoyed staying here. We particularly enjoyed the outside, covered sitting area with nice view of Black Mountain, and also watching wildlife. Enjoyed hikes right from property. Owners were super nice and helpful. Place was clean, well maintained, and had all needed items for a comfortable stay. Close to Cave Creek with great restaurants, hiking, biking, and sightseeing activities. We'd unhesitatingly recommend this neat, little "hideaway" place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

One week minimum, whether you stay one day or seven... $700 per week $1800 per month $100 cleaning fee $350 security deposit to reserve property. $250 Dog deposit. Refundable if no damage or mess. Security deposit is refundable at the end of your stay. Any damage or excessive cleaning will be deducted from security deposit.

Why the Owner Chose Cave Creek:
We did not purchase this home as a vacation rental. We purchased this property as our dream. We remodeled the guesthouse first and lived in it for several months while we were remodeling the main house. It turned out so great that we decided to share it! The porch is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. It's a great location for hikers, bikers, horseback riders, golfers or those who just want to get away and do nothing!
The Unique Benefits at this Bungalow:
This property is so peaceful and private. The front porch is our favorite spot. We see all kinds of wildlife including deer, javalinas, bobcats, roadrunners, quail, coyotes....The sights and sounds of the desert are outstanding! There is a light ordinance in Cave Creek, so the night sky is brilliant! I can't stress how private it is. You won't be bothered by people or traffic. We respect your privacy and will probably only see you at check in and check out.
