If you looking to step out and walk to the beach this is an ideal Ocean block property. No car needed just 85 steps to the dunes. The building is considered a bugalow and perfect for four adults or a family of six with a couple of small children. Two bedrooms upstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms have bunk beds. The third bedroom is master made for two adults w/queen size accommodations. One bathroom in the house and an outside enclosed shower. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dish washer, coffee maker, utensils and sink. Living room is quaint and has a large screen TV and DVD player for entertainment. The outside deck is spacious and has a large table and bench. You are only five minutes from border of Ocean City Maryland 20 minute ride to all its attractions and boardwalk.
