Beautiful location, beautiful view, and large remodeled condo with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Although it stated that the condo was newly remodeled, the vertical blinds in the master bedroom were broken, the pillows were very old and in need of replacement, and the sliding doors need to be adjusted because they were very difficult to open. The management company's cleaning crew could have done a better job cleaning the unit because you couldn't walk barefooted in the unit without your feet turning black. When we made the reservation, the property management company stated that there was WIFI in the condo, but, the condo did not have WIFI so we had to leave the property to use the internet. My son was getting married, so we had several family members staying with us or visiting us while we were in town. Unfortunately, there was a significant parking problem for visitors/guests because there is absolutely NO visitor parking at the condo building, and it's nearly impossible to find parking close by to the condo building without the threat of being towed away. For a condo that sleeps 8, the lack of parking was definitely problematic during our 3 week stay. In addition, the check out time was 10 AM (which, based on my experience, is earlier than the norm), and the management company would not allow us to check out at 11 AM without paying an unreasonable late check out fee. In any event, Madeira Beach is beautiful, and is very convenient to many activities, however, there are many rental options available on the beaches, and I doubt I will rent at La Brisas again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We had a wonderful time in your condo; despite being caught in Tropical Storm Debby for over half of our vacation! There was more than enough room for my family of 6. The beds were very comfortable, which is hard to find in many condos. The views were incredible and we loved the location! The pool was clean and well maintained. We have stayed in Las Brisas the last 3 years, but this was our first time in your condo. We would definately pick your condo over the others...we plan on returning again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
