This 7th Floor Intracoastal Unit (#725) features:
* Oversized private balcony
* King size bed
* Fine Dining Restaurant Indoors
* Outdoor Veranda Dining overlooking the Ocean
* Access to all of the amenities of this 4 Diamond Resort

Guests have the option of daily cleaning and fresh towel service at $35 per request, a fee that is paid directly to the front desk. For a group larger than 3 people, we recommend you arrange for towel service at the front desk upon checking in.
The one-time mandatory cleaning fee of $35 that we charge covers the cleaning of the room following your check-out. In addition, an 11% occupancy tax on the total price of your stay is collected when your reservation is finalized.
Valet Parking is priced at $28 per day and is collected by the front desk. Valet parking is only required if you want to park on premises.

My husband and two children spent a week at the Pelican Grand and we loved it! The kids enjoyed the lazy river, pool and ocean. The parents loved the pool service, chairs, umbrellas and towels at both the pool and the beach. Excellent service and staff always personable without being fake..seems like they truly like their jobs. Parking was difficult for us because we didn't take the extra charge into consideration. The $35 cleaning fee was made clear, but you must pay $28/day for your rental car to be valet parked. There are no other alternatives because there is no free parking anywhere. Budget the parking price for your time there so you aren't shocked like we were. Beautiful property with a very relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely return for another vacation!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Overall, my husband and I had a lovely stay at Pelican Grand. The room was clean, staff was friendly & accommodating, and the food was good (especially the humus) served by the pool. My husband being a meat eater says he had his best steak there. My only complaint is the clerk at the check-in desk forgot to give me back my license & AMEX after checking in. I didn't realize it until I was cruising to Key West two days later. I wish they would have taken the initiative to return these items to me while I was staying at the hotel. Instead my license and AMEX were tucked away in a draw. Thank goodness my husband called the hotel while we were cruising and verified they had them.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I stayed at this property via vacation rental by owner. The location, pool, lobby, restaurant,bar, and employees, and room were 5 star. I discovered one major problem during check out. The owner did not disclose the $30.00 per day parking fee. I probably would have vacationed at another location had I been aware of this additional cost.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

The view of this King Room on the 7th floor is of the Intercoastal Waterway. The room has a private outdoor patio overlooking the A1A Highway and everything else west of the Ocean. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, the shower pressure was above average, the room was secure and safe, and the temperature was perfect. Other reviews mentioned that the Resort charges $35 for extra towels, shampoo, soap, etc-and that is true. This room is less expensive than going through the Resort so if you know to conserve before you arrive, it really is the only thing "not included" within the Resort. My only negative about the property is the workout facility is BELOW average. That is the reason for the four stars instead of five. The Property Manager was available by phone and email prior to me booking the room, and even after I booked the room he was available to make very quick replys on email to my questions. He was very good to work with. Tips: Go to the beach early to get a chair--but once you're there, there are plenty of blue beach towels from the attendant. Use the Resort shuttle service to/from the airport--it's not advertised, but it sure is convenient, safe, and comfortable. The Resort is on a "quiet" end of the strip of hotels/bars/restaurants on the Oceanfront. Enjoy the stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My daughter and I stayed after a cruise. We were celebrating the fact she had graduated nursing school. The property is beatiful and the customer service is wonderful. The beach is very nice. The pelicans landing in the water as the sun goes down was a great experience. Our room was not facing the water. However the view of the palm trees with the sun was very nice. Our unit had some housekeeping issues that the front desk assured me they would take care of. Such as mold on the corner of the shower curtain. There were not any issues that would prevent me from staying here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

the overall property was great - the only problem I had was the service of housekeeping with the owner - I asked the owner of the property if all the amentities were included when renting thru VRBO and he said yes but but when I checked in the front desk handed me a letter (did not mention what was in the letter) and it said that housekeeping services, such as cleaning room and replacing towels, etc were not included and that we would have to pay extra - which I was not happy about. The property overall was good and the service from the bellmen to beach service was great. Went with my 10yr old daughter and did not want to stay in the mix of all the spring break partiers and this was perfect. It was a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.
