The property offers a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury property (main house) with an optional detached Carriage House that has a 1 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen and living room area. The main house can accommodate up to 8 people with sleeper sofa. The Carriage House can sleep up to 4 people with sleeper sofa. Both units together can accommodate up to 12 people. About the owner: I am passionate about Paso Robles, its wineries and this beautiful property that I have the great honor to own as of July 2015. This historic town has been my home for over 20 years and I am excited to add the Call Booth property to my collection of properties. Another VRBO property of is Lekai Ranch located in the premier wine country area on the westside of town. One of my businesses could not be a more satisfying and fun endeavor, PasoRoblesWineries.net. The site is the premier tourism resource you access on your phone, tablet and computer with mapping and directions to every winery in our wine country and includes aerial videos, virtual tours, and blogs that are lighthearted and informative. It has given me a deeper connection with all of the warm, talented people that make up the fabric of the wine and tourism industry here.

Why the Owner Chose Paso Robles:
I believe that it is fair to say that the Call Booth and Carriage houses are the most desirable and prettiest properties in our historic, downtown Paso Robles. After receiving a design degree from UCLA I relished working in Florence, Italy for four years with top fashion houses such as Ferragamo, Gucci and Pucci. With the knowledge gained from this amazing experience and many years living on the westside of LA, I am refining and streamlining the Queen Ann Victorian house's interior. I hope that you will enjoy this special, soulful house as much as I do.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
The setting of the house is unique with a large garden, bubbling fountain, hundred year old oak trees and a carriage house. The Shomlers (previous owners) took the house down to its studs and gave it a new foundation in 1989. They kept the original electric switches, wood burning stove in the kitchen and added the exact reproduction of the wallpaper found during the renovation that was reproduced in San Francisco. You can also look forward to lounging on the wrap around porch, stone barbecue in the garden and soaking in the claw foot bathtub.
