Italian tiled expanded kitchen and main bath. New carpets throughout and meticulously maintained inside and outside. You can hear the ocean from the furnished front and back covered porches. Well-maintained yard, fenced-in rear. Outside shower, beach badges, and beach chairs complete the picture!

Two bedrooms have two twin beds, the master bedroom and the fourth bedroom have queen-size beds. All have cable TV and HBO on the living room television. A large, up-to-date kitchen comfortably seats eight. Outdoor dining in the backyard with new table, umbrella, and four chairs.

Within walking distance to convenience stores, as well as shopping district and restaurants. Located on a quiet, well-maintained street. At night, try one of the Atlantic City hotels and casinos for dinner, a show, and fun on the boardwalk.
