  This house was everything the listing described, and then some. The location was ideal for us - literally across a quiet residential street from the beach. Walgreens, shopping and great restaurants were within easy walking distance. This house was very clean - not just surface clean, but everywhere - inside and outside as well. Even the bed linens and comforters were fresh. It was equipped with excellent appliances which appeared to be new - I think we were the first to use the barbeque! The Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas were just the thing to take to the beach. Thank you for a very enjoyable week. We loved everything about it!

  We went there with our 2 children for a little over a week. The house was absolutely perfect - the street is charming, it is steps away from a beautiful and somewhat private beach, and walking distance to lots of places for dining and having fun. The house was fabulous, comfortable for all of us, and they even supplied amenities for the beach. They had a Kayak which we enjoyed while we were there and because it was so close to the beach, we were able to go over for an early swim and then come home for breakfast even! The kitchen was well supplied and the house was beautifully appointed and immaculate. We HIGHLY recommend staying here and the owners are gracious and accommodating! We were even there when tropical storm Isaac hit and the house is so well constructed that you could barely even hear the storm outside. And, even with the rains, we had a perfect vacation and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! Thank you so much for our amazing vacation! We absolutely want to come again!! Kim

  This home went way beyond our expectations! It was comfortable, spacious, with great beds and a well stocked laundry room, which came in handy with kids. Because we flew into Ft. Lauderdale, the available beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and towels made our vacation much easier. Literally all we needed to buy was food and drinks, just about everything else was provided for us! Literally steps from the beach path and steps from the sand! Sea turtle nests dotted the beach around us. And on our last night there we were BLESSED to witness a nest hatch and scuttle out to see!! It was AMAZING! Loved the backyard with great outdoor shower to get the beach off before heading inside. Being able to walk to the Walgreens behind the house was super convenient for quick necessities and there is also great Italian and Greek diners close by. We expecially enjoyed a trip to BurgerFi a short drive up the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooked meals also. Great new appliances! Lots of seating at the large table and outdoor table. Enjoyed watching the Olympics on the 2 great flatscreens. The only complaint I had was the construction across the street, which is obviously out of the control of the home owner and was only a disturbance because of the amount of trucks parked in the street. Not a noise issue at all. Would not deter me from coming back, but hope when we do those beautiful homes are complete. Overall we had a fabulous time and are very satisfied with our choice of rentals and would definitely rent again from Carmela!

  We stayed at this house for a week and wow were we pleased. We loved everything about it. This is not your typical rental home, definitely a designer had to work on this one. Great location, close to everything. Walk out of the house and few more steps and you are at the beach. Restaurants, lots of different ones and you dont even need a car. Neighborhood is very nice. Definitely will be back. Thank you Carmela for letting us stay in your home.

  My husband and two teenage children stayed here the first week of April 2012 during spring break and the experience couldn’t have been more wonderful. Everything about the location, the home and the private yard was perfect. The home is spotless, beautiful, comfortable, inviting and comes with everything you need but food, of course. The entire home has been completely remodeled with beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, beautiful tile and fixtures. The furniture, pillows, bedding, bath and beach towels are all 5 star quality. There’s a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room which was incredibly useful to have! Again, the location was perfect, 20 yards tops, and you’re walking on the beach. This made it convenient to go back and forth to the house if we needed anything. It was also a quick 10-15 minute drive to the grocery store or the Las Olas area. Otherwise, there are several great restaurants within walking distance of the house. Other amenities we enjoyed having available to us were the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. We felt so at home and were so happy every time we walked into the house after being at the beach all day and were able to relax, take a nice shower, watch a little television and get ready for dinner. The owner, Carmela, is wonderful and made herself available to us if we had any questions. Thank you for everything Carmela & Frank! What a great vacation! We would definitely stay here again. If you ever need a reference, please feel free to forward them my way.

  We loved our stay at this beach house! The house was beautiful and the location was great. You could walk out the door and be at the beach in less than 2 minutes. The neighberhood was safe and great for a morning run. Carmela was very helpful and nice. We will definitely be back to stay here.

  A beautiful home in a wonderful neighbourhood just steps from the great beach. We enjoyed our stay most thoroughly. Carmela, the owner, was very responsive to our minor questions and we loved the house and garden both. Location is excellent - safe and lots of good restaurants, including Greek Islands just around the corner which we went to twice, and a wonderful restaurant in Il Lugano just a couple blocks away where they make fresh mozzarrella at your tableside. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to rest and enjoy beach life.

  We are a family of five and we had a fantastic time. The house is exactly, if not better , than the owners description.The home is very well equipped and fully renovated back to front. Landscaping is beautiful , we had a great time barbecuing in the yard, but the best part of this house is its proximity to the beach, literally a two minute walk. Already booked for next year! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Lastly, the owners Carmella and Frank ,you couldn't ask for nicer people,Thanks Again!
