Island Girl is a two bedroom, two bath home that has all the things vacationers adore. Relax! It's cute, cozy, and carefree... It's totally remodeled and has a new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, nice storage, tile floors, and fresh paint the color of sunshine. Island Girl is large enough to have a woodburning fireplace and multiple seating areas but small enough to clean up in a snap.
The outside has tropical landscaping with a fenced yard. The spacious patio overlooks a quaint canal. Boat enthusiasts, with up to a 38 foot boat, can enjoy the luxury of docking on this 40 foot wide canal with 125 foot seawall.
Island Girl includes access to a private Gulf beach at the west end of the street that is your passport to paradise. Walk for miles on the white sand beaches, put on your sunscreen and work on that enviously deep tan; then watch tequila sunsets at the waters edge.
From Island Girl, walk to two "Golden Spoon" restaurants, with five others within a two mile radius. Close by is a lovely, 32 acre nature park that allows pets and offers a playground for children.
Heading south, Longboat Key is minutes away from St. Armands Circle shopping, opera, ballet, theaters, museums, botanical gardens, and all that downtown Sarasota has to offer. Mix up your palate with a cacophony of sights by going three miles north to Bradenton Beach, with its beachfront bars and restaurants, guitar and steel drum sounds and kaleidoscope colored shops... a tiny slice of Key West.
Island Girl is a great getaway location and this house is just a warm hug!
