Living area with Plasma TV, DVD player, Ipod decking station, reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans. Library, board games available. Two bathrooms, laundry with washing machine. One bedroom is on ground level with two singles plus a TV. Main bedroom is on the middle level with one queen bed. On the mezzanine floor there is another queen size bed. Lovely balcony with outdoor furniture. Gas BBQ. Fenced courtyard with double lock-up garage.
