Unit #A401 at is Kihei Ali'i Kai is truly a one of a kind property. It is a top floor 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that can sleep 4. It has a spectacular ocean view not only from the living area but from the master bedroom as well. Unit A401 is in the closest building to the ocean and was completely remodeled in 2011. It was remodeled with exquisite materials as well as new furnishings and electronics. It is decorated beautifully featuring fine art with an island attitude.
This property has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, room AC in all rooms, cable TV, DVD player and wireless internet service. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom.There is no smoking allowed in the condo, on the lanai or in the common areas. There is a designated smoking area near the barbecues.
The Kihei Ali'i Kai is a wonderful property located just across the street from the best beach in Kihei; Kamaole Beach #1. This property is in walking distance to shops, activities and restaurants and is a short drive from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
The property amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, sauna and barbecue grills for your use. It is a 3 minute walk to the best beach in Kihei; Kamaole Beach #1 which has lifeguards and bathrooms. The unit has a full kitchen, brand new GE washer and dryer (Oct. 2012), AC, Cable TV and most have high speed internet service.
Whale watch, paddle board, walk miles of sandy beaches and view the most amazing sunsets imaginable.

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this unit, loved this complex. The unit was very well decorated and had most of what we needed. It's only flaw was it lacked kitchen gear like enough pots and pans, enough plates, things like that. Other than that it was beautiful. Beautifully set up. What a great place for a family or two couples to go and share a place. The views were stunning and the people in the complex were very friendly. It is like a little community! Have stayed in this complex three times and hope to stay on this unit on our fifth trip back & many more after that. It was a perfect paradise home away from home!Did you find this review helpful?
