Great spot for the kids with the rockpool an easy walk. Polished wooden floors throughout. Take in the view from the living room, deck and master bedroom. Property will sleep 12 people. Grab an easy meal from the surf club which is also just down the road.
Upstairs has two bedrooms - one with a queen and one with two single beds. There is a main bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet - both recently renovated. Also on this level is a large living area with open plan kitchen and deck.
BBQ TV/DVD. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher.
Downstairs is completely renovated and has three bedrooms - one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom two has two single beds. Bedroom three has 1 single, 1 trundle bed, a set of bunks and a pull out sofa bed.
Brand new bathroom with shower and toilet, plus large laundry with dryer and new washing machine, plus another separate toilet.
Offstreet parking for four cars.
