We are located in Oceanside Village, a gated resort community with 24 hour security. The village is directly across from beautiful Surfside Beach and offers a beachfront restaurant and private beach parking. Some of the other amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, basketball, tennis courts, playground, beachfront parking, fishing ponds with beautiful waterfowl and friendly ducks. Golf cart rentals are also available.
Our home is clean and cozy in a great location on a quiet street. The beach is only 3/10 of a mile, so it is a pleasant walk. The duck pond right at the end of our short block makes a great coffee walk with the dog or children in the morning. Be sure to bring bread for the ducks. The outdoor pool is within walking distance too!
The living room features flat screen tv and clean, comfortable decor with new carpet and updated furniture. Each bedroom has a queen bed. One bedroom has it's own bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom has a tub/shower. Each of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and include a dresser, nightstand with lamp, and closet. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The eat-in kitchen has a table that will seat four and a breakfast bar that will seat two or three more.
The deck is huge and also is gated, which is nice if you have little ones. It is especially nice to sit outside in the mornings and sip coffee and wave at the folks passing by. I also enjoy walking around the village to see the lovely gardens and cute lawn decorations. The resort feels very homey and the people are friendly. We truly hope you enjoy your stay in our home away from home and will come back often!

The unit was just as it was described and some. It was clean, cozy, and convenient. The owner made all of our accomadations very easy. The gated community was kind, helpful, quiet and fun. We hope to return here on numerous occasions.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This home was absolutely awesome. The pictures on the site do it no justice as it was extremely clean and well-kept. I will definitely be a repeat renter as we are already looking forward to returning.
