We are located in Oceanside Village, a gated resort community with 24 hour security. The village is directly across from beautiful Surfside Beach and offers a beachfront restaurant and private beach parking. Some of the other amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, basketball, tennis courts, playground, beachfront parking, fishing ponds with beautiful waterfowl and friendly ducks. Golf cart rentals are also available.
We pride ourselves on offering a clean rental and hope you will agree. The appliances and furnisnings are in like-new condition. The home is on a quiet street and sleep is peaceful. The beach is only 3/10 of a mile, so it is a pleasant walk. Each bedroom has a queen bed. One bedroom has it's own bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom has a tub/shower. Each of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and include a dresser, nightstand with lamp, and closet. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The eat-in kitchen has a table that will seat four and a breakfast bar that will seat two or three more.
The deck is huge and also is gated, which is nice if you have little ones. It is especially nice to sit outside in the mornings and sip coffee and wave at the folks passing by. I also enjoy walking around the village to the lovely gardens and cute lawn decorations. The resort feels very homey and the people are friendly. We truly hope you enjoy your stay in our home away from home and will come back often!
