Availability
We currently BOOKED May 23, 2013 through September 2, 2013. If you are interested in May or September rentals (before 5/23 and after 9/2), we are accepting applications. The house is $300 per night with a 3 night minimum and $400 per night with 4 night minimum during Irish weekend (Thursday September 19, 2013 - Sunday September 22, 2013). If you are interested in weekly rates for May or September, please contact us for a discounted rate.

A security deposit of $300 is required for rentals and is due 30 days prior to your stay.
Half of the balance is due to guarantee the reservation, and the other half and security deposit is due 30 days before the start of your stay.

Check-in 3:00 pm (Saturday for weekly rentals)
Check-out 11:00 am (Saturday for weekly rentals)
Security deposit $300 due with remaining balance 30 days before your stay
Please respect your neighbors and quiet down by 10:00 pm
Your deposit will be mailed within 15 business days of your checkout.

This is a great place. It was built around 1920 and the woodwork is beautiful. It's close to everything. We had a very relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed last year and absolutely loved it. The neighborhood was quiet and residential, but close to the beach. It was about two blocks to the beach and it was also very close to the bars and restaurants, but not close enough so that you heard any of the noise :) This was a very cute house with nice features and we really had a blast while staying in North Wildwood. We hope to be making another trip down sometime soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

I stayed last year and absolutely loved it. The neighborhood was quiet and residential, but close to the beach.
