  This was such a nice stay for us! Loved everything about it! We talked with the owner a few times and she was so nice and helpful. The new coffe pot was just perfect and worked wonderfully to get our morning started. We enjoyed Zion and Bryce and were happy to be back "home" after those days of sightseeing and hiking. We had everything we needed plus more! Would reccomend this place to our friends! Lisa and Tim

  Just returned from trip to St.George. Husband and myself, plus 4 grandaughters.Your condo met all of our needs. Especially the bunk bed room. They all got to sleep in the same room! No hassels! We enjoyed the shows at Tuacahn and the comfort of your condo. We will surely keep your place on our list of properties to stay at. Thanks so much for all your great communications and information.

  This town home was perfect for our weekend retreat. Lots of room, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and we loved the pool!

  My family had a great time at this condo. It is very close to many dining options in Saint George. Also very close to Snow Canyon, which is great. Less then an hour to Zion. Condo had everything you could need. Also a nice community pool. We had a great time and hghly recommend.

  My husband and I, another couple and 2 dogs recently stayed at this condo and had a wonderful time! The place was very nice and clean and had plenty of space for us. Accurate description, easy location right off the highway. Owner quickly responded to questions/etc. Nice pool area. Large bathrooms, lots of towels, HUGE kitchen table. Minimally stocked kitchen but perfect for our needs. Of note, there is not a coffee maker or wine glasses. We would return for sure.

  The owner is awesome, very helpful and easy to talk to. The property manager was so helpful and tried several times to get the Internet working. There were plenty of towels, dishes,etc. we would come again in a heart beat and would recommend it to all our family and friends. Thanks for a great time.

  I loved this property! The home is new and in pristine condition. All emenities were exactly as described. The kitchen was properly stocked and very convenient as I was feeding a rather large group. The home has plenty of space, is beautifully decorated, and furnished with everything needed. The pool was a lot of fun too. St. George is great for shopping, warm winter getaways, and nature excursions. A great place to spend Spring Break!

  The condo is in need of some serious deep cleaning! Our kids ran bare foot through the house for no more than 5 minutes and had black feet-yuck! We wore flip flops at all times just to not have to touch the filthy carpet and tile. The stove was disgusting and there is no gas grill as promised. The "patio" was a tiny cement slab with a tiny charcoal grill. The dust and cobwebs were thick on the floor boards, doors and blinds. The "fully equipped" kitchen did not even offer a cutting board or a basic baking pan or pancake turner and there were only three plates for our entire family. We were also concerned that there was not one smoke detector installed (wiring was hanging from ceiling) in the entire condo and cockroaches were there. I will say the fridge and microwave were cleaned well and the sheets seemed clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a hard time rummaging up enough towels so each person could have their own when bathing even though they knew how many of us were coming. There was not one dish towel, dish cloth or garbage bag to be found so we had to purchase our own. We loved the pool and the owner was quick to get back with us and be workable with us checking in a day early with just a few days notice. The couches were clean and comfortable as well and the big dining table fit our entire family which was an added bonus to the condo. The internet did not work and the person that was supposed to meet us was out of town and had just left the key under the mat. He did call us back fairly quickly so we could get in but it would have been nice to have someone inform us on where things were and how things worked or at least give us an instruction sheet. We were planning on having internet access as promised and had to get by without it because we could not get it to work. Clean it well, replace the carpet, install smoke detectors, stock the kitchen, get a gas grill and we would highly recommend it even without the patio!

  Owner response: I immediately called my manager who cares for the property. The items she said were not there ( towels and dishes and pans and such) WERE there, in fact. In fact, my manager walked through where everything was with her husband on the phone prior to their arrival. The party prior to their stay had no such problems and we went in the day this party left to find that her accusations were FALSE! Sure enough, 40 towels and 2 sets of dishes for 8 were in plain sight. Yes, the carpets were due to be cleaned the end of May..we get them professionally cleaned every 90 days! Too many gross exaggerations and flat out untruths were told in that review. How could she say there were "3 plates" when service for 16 was there for the people who left that very morning they arrived? AND were there when this lady left? Flat out impossible! We have had so many people love it and have never heard anything of the sort. My husband and my manager personally inspected the property to find her accusations were simply not true. Unbelievable.

  The condo in Bloomington Hills was a great resting spot on our way back from Disneyland. The rooms were comfortable, and the couches and kitchen table table provided room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The pool ranges from 6 inches to 5 feet, so our little kids were able to enjoy it as well. I was never able to connect to the wireless internet, but at least that curtailed me from any work that could wait until I was home. Most of the dishes need to be washed before being used, but I usually do that anyways. The condo shows signs of wear but was in overall good condition. A little dirty under the beds, but comfortable none-the-less. All in all it was a great weekend, and a place I would return to in the future.
