  My family and I loved staying here. Everything happened as we were told. Large and comfortable. Loved the large deck. Close to everything we wanted to go to. We have fallen in love with San Clemente and looking forward to a yearly visit. Would definitely do this rental again. Thanks.

  For my 30th birthday my boyfriend planned a little get away for me and 8 of my friends. We live in Las Vegas and I couldn’t wait to spend some time on the beach. It was my first time to San Clemente and thought the town was so cute, filled with great restaurants and a decent night life. My favorite spot was the little wine bar on Del Mar called the “Cellar”.. It was a great place to have some wine and listen to live music. It was nice because the restaurants, bars and shops were all within walking distance. Anyway, about our rental.. It was perfect.. It was a perfect location and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. It has a large balcony with a BBQ and comfortable lounge seating, which we enjoyed almost every night as we watched the sunset. The beach was literally across the street and it was a great spot to kick back while we watched the guys surf. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook. I honestly can’t say anything bad about our stay, it ended up being one of the best weeks of my life. Crystal Holt

  My wife and I stayed at this property with our two young children for a week, and had a great time. We spent mornings and afternoons either walking to the beach near the pier in San Clemente, or heading to the beach at the bottom of the stairs right out front. In the evenings after the kids were down, we'd sit on the deck and watch the sunset over Catalina Island...it was awesome. We found the property to be clean and comfortable, and the owners were very accommodating and good to work with. There are three similar units available for rent...not sure which one is pictured or what the differences are between the three, but may be worth communicating about with the owner prior to your stay. That aside, we would definitely recommend this property. Go for it...you'll have a blast.

  WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE CLEANLINESS OF THE PROPERTY AND THE PROXIMITY OF PARKING AT LINDA LANE PARK ,WHICH PROVIDED ACCESS TO THE BEACH. THE KITCHEN APPLIANCES WERE ALL QUITE NEW, YET THERE WERE VERY FEW POTS AND PANS AND THE CONDITION OF THE KITCHEN TOWELS WERE LESS THAN DESIREABLE. I WAS HAPPY OUR FRIENDS STAYED THERE PRIOR TO OUR VISIT AND TOLD ME TO BRING POTS AND PANS AND TOWELS FROM HOME. WE LOVED THE PATIO! IT WAS HUGE! WE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE A TABLE OUTSIDE FOR DINING. THE PROPERTY PROVIDED PLENTY OF SPACE FOR ALL AND THE SAND TOYS AND BEACH CHAIRS PROVIDED WERE APPRECIATED.

  This was a perfect condo for our family! The deck is huge - great for relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sunset. Across the street to beach access. Great location - day trip to San Diego, then Laguna Beach the next day. San Clemente has a wonderful downtown village area too. Alan was great to work with - very accomodating indeed! We will definitely be back!
