This beautiful, modern Balinese, luxury dwelling is located just steps from the white, sandy beach of Playa Chiquita. This gem is set in a very small, private community on a cul de sac road. It is surrounded by amazing, flamboyant nature, many birds to watch every day, toucans and monkeys. The property is limited on one side by a creek. The floor plan concept of this house was specially conceived for vacationing comfort. Its unique distribution allows for easy circulation and complete privacy. It features two large, complete suits, each at opposite side of the house and each with a private terrace, which communicate to the main living area, one large mezzanine bedroom (300sqft) and one small bedroom.
