  This beach house is absolutely perfect. Not only is it only a short distance from the beach, but it is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. There is consistent air conditioning, which is a must in the Florida heat, and even a pool below the deck (which has a fountain!). The house was very clean and well-kept, and had many cute beachy-decorated rooms. It's a very nice area of Florida that is not as crowded and touristy as other Florida beaches, which was very nice. Everything about this house could not be better, and honestly, if I had the money I would buy one exactly like it and live down in Florida. Absolutely fantastic. Five stars all around.

  There was 4 of us - my husband and I, our 15 yr old daughter and her friend. The pictures do not do it justice. The house was just right for us, plenty of space. We actually had an extra bedroom. The outside space was amazing - beautiful landscaping, and an amazing pool. It is very close to the beach and to the neighborhood seafood shop/restaurant - Goatfeathers. Every meal that we didn't go out - we went up there and got fresh seafood. Our first time in Santa Rosa Beach and I think we are sold - retirement would be great there!

  Not only was the house kept in wonderful condition, but the house had such a beach vibe to it from interior decorations to the colors of the rooms. As well as being a beautiful house, it comes with a pool which is greatly kept and great for people of all ages whether you enjoy splashing in the pool or reading in the sun. The house is also a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beaches. It also is close to many supermarkets including Publix and Walmart, and shopping outlets. Overall my trip was very enjoyable and I plan to visit again soon!

  Myself and various family members have stayed at Sea Cottage many times over the past several years, and we are planning a return visit again this fall. The grandkids love the beach (just down the block), and also the great pool area at the cottage. We love the palm trees around the pool, especially in the evening with the pool lighting. Sea Cottage is a simple, beachy home with a casual feel, a great location to the beach and bike trails, and a great value, especially in the spring and fall, which are our favorite times of year to visit. If any problems arise, the owner is quick to reply and take care of it. He wants everyone to feel at home and relaxed at Sea Cottage.

  My family and I loved staying at this place. It has everything our family of four could possibly need. We spent a great deal of time in the pool especially at night, when my boys enjoyed the colored pool lights. We used the bike path on 30-A heavily. I highly recommend a ride east to Grayton Beach State park. It's a very nice place with walking paths through sand dunes and plenty of nature. We mostly ate in w/ groceries from Publix. We had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to whip up meals. But "The Donut Hole" for breakfast is a must. Terrific pancakes! All in all I would highly recommend this place. So close to the beautiful beach and has everything you could need and more.

  This was our first trip to Florida, and I will be back every summer!!! This was an excellent location, beautiful pool (the kids had a blast), and so close to everything. We had a wonderful time, renting this home will make for a wonderful relaxing vacation! See ya next year, Rhonda

  This place is a dump. You may think it's a "good deal" - $500 less than other comparables - there's a reason. Unless you're hillbillies that are new to indoor plumbing you will be disapointed. Why is there only 1 indoor photo? Because it's dirty, musty, outdated and buliding materials all over the place. Oh, and there is a chance something will be turned off due to non-payment. For us it was just the cable, hopefully it won't be the electricity during your time.

  ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT TIME AT THIS HOUSE. CLOSE TO BEACH POOL IS A DEFINTE PLUS. THIS YEAR DEEP SEA FISHING WAS GREAT. RED SNAPPER WERE EXCEPTIONALY LARGE THIS YEAR. ALWAYS HAVE FUN RENTING THIS HOUSE AND ALWAYS HATE TO LEAVE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU RENT THIS HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
