Charming “Casa Guadalupe” Home, Close to Beach, Sleeps 6–12!

  My first stay at Casa Guadalupe was about a month and a half ago, and since then I have been back twice - that should tell you something right away! The house is incedible - beautiful rooms, large dining room, kitchen and living room. The walk-in closet in my master bedroom (which had 2 private decks :) was the size of many south beach hotel rooms itself! The kitchen is well appointed, making it easy to have a night in if you choose. The location is perfect for a variety of South Beach vacations; a 3 minute walk to a peaceful stretch of the beach is perfect for relaxing the day away, and for families. Yet a 10 minute walk to Lincoln provides easy access to the nightlife the area is known for. On each trip we have arrived, parked the car, and not moved the car again until we reluctantly check-out. The owner, Rafael, is excellent - exceedingly reliable and easy to work with. On one trip the house had been booked, and he worked tirelessly to find us another place through his contacts. Lucky for us, the house ended up coming avilable in the end anyway :), but his efforts were greatly appreciated! Overall this house is an excellent choice for those with a variety of travel goals in mind - and in one of the in-demand areas in the world, it's a great deal! Looking forward to my next trip down - it will be soon! Adam

  This is a beautifully furnished and equipped house - complete kitchen and dining set, ~40 in plasma TV with complete stereo sound system, high speed internet. We had a wonderful week-long stay in an authentic historical house which is cozy and pleasant to be in. It's closer to the beach and other facilities (restaurant, supermarket...) than expected - 5 min walk. It is located in a very quiet/peaceful neighborhood. We had a few problems with the AC (working perfectly fine but with the weather of miami it was hard to get a comfortable temperature at times.) I would very highly recommend staying in this house for any amount of time. All in all a wonderful experience.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We just returned from our trip to Miami Beach and had an amazing time there, partly because of this house. I have been to Miami before and this is the best house I've stayed in to date!! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay at the very cozy Casa Guadalupe, which is even better than the pictures depict it. It's roomy, comfy,very nicely furnished, the beds are very comfortable and it has everything you need for your vacation already there. It's only a couple blocks from the beach and within very easy access of southern Miami Beach (Lincoln Rd, Ocean Drive etc.). Nina and Raphael, who managed the property were great to deal with and very quick in replying to any question. Finally, this vacation went extremely smoothly and I will be telling my friends about Casa Guadalupe and recommend it to anyone who is interested in staying there (as long as it's available when I come back)!!! We loved it!!

  Within the last minutes I contacted the owner told him about last minute planning I was doing. He offered me this unit and and worked with my arrival times (near to midnight.) Before I arrived he kept in touch making sure everything was okay, if we were safe, etc. We arrived and the house was beautiful. Everything was as the ad stated, fresh linens, minutes away from the beach. Our stay was nice and slept wonderful. I do highly recommend this unit both for the location and the owner. It was our first time in Miami, he recommended a few things to do and very helpful. I will rent out this unit again in the future! They are pet friendly and everything was working fine, TV, internet, etc.
