Charming and cozy, this cottage is located in the desirable Gold Mountain Golf Course Development (home of the Nakoma Golf Club and the Dragon Golf Course). This is a private, gated community with a Frank Lloyd Wright designed Clubhouse and a Robin Nelson designed golf course. The Clubhouse and restaurant are within walking distance from this 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. It has a 1 car garage and an open living, dining, kitchen area. There is a queen bed in the one bedroom and a double and a twin futon in the living area for extra sleeping. The deck overlooks trees, mountains and golf course. There are 4 other eighteen hole golf courses and 3 nine hole courses in this area for the golf enthusiast. This home is close to the quaint town of Graeagle, the Lakes Basin recreation area, and Lake Davis. In addition to golf, one can enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, and boating. In the winter there is snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and snow mobiling. Only 1 hour from the Reno airport. this cottage/guest house shares a driveway with the main house.
