This popular floor plan features two complete master suites plus a third bedroom. Use of nine lighted tennis courts, a modern fitness center and access to the clubhouse with bar, grill and restuarant are all included for our rental guests at Desert Falls Country Club. Golf is available at our top 10 rated championship course on a pay per play basis - and our rental guests may purchase multiple round discount packages.
The first bedroom includes a King-size bed, a large private bathroom with tile floors, two sinks, makeup mirror, and separate sunken bathtub and shower is a peaceful retreat with its faux painted walls. There is direct access to your private fenced patio, perfect for entertaining and socializing with friends. The second is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, custom linens and attached bathroom with faux painted walls and designer accessories. The third bedroom offers two new twin LUXURY pillow-top beds. A third half bath is accessible to all from the hallway. An inside laundry room with washer and dryer offers convenience.
Cable televisions with HBO, DVD player, VCR, CD/Stereo, phone and answering machine, high speed wireless internet, luxurious linens, and decorator furnishings are just some of the amenities for your enjoyment. Your private patio directly overlooks one of the 32 pools and spas just steps away.
