  Stayed 2 months in this property, it was so nice to sit on the patio in the evenings and listen to the ocean. The house is beautiful, I was taken in by the pictures but it is even better than you could imagine. Owner was so great, helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. I think a piece of my heart will always be left in Puerto Nuevo thanks to the great experience I had on this trip. Highly recommended!

  Pasamos unos dias estupendos, gracias por facilitarnos esa joyita en el pacifico, bastante agradable y confortable, desgracidamente muy poco tiempo (espero que la proxima vez sea con mas tiempo ya que me encanta mi Mexico y voy seguido) pero Mexico es basto y los pocos dias que te dan de vacaciones hay que repartirlas. Muchas gracias por todo y sinceramente la felicito por el buen gusto tanto en el diseño arquitectonico como el la decoracion interior. Y sobre todo la orientacion del lugar (excelentes vistas) desde cualquier punto.. Sinceramente. Gus Martinez

  I stayed in this wonderful home with my boyfriend and another couple for my Birthday. The house is warm, clean, and inviting. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything a person could want on a get-a-way. The town is very close and has the best seafood/mexican food. We stuffed ourselves happily. The experience was wonderfully authentic and we enjoyed every moment. I would recommend a visit to Casa Gabylia!

  The accommodations in this beautiful house were very comfortable. The interior was very well designed and decorated and I felt the place was safe and cozy. It's a nice place to unwind, relax and enjoy time with the ones your love. It's also a great place to make long lasting memories. There are lots of fun things to do outside and in the area. You can also relax on the patio and enjoy a drink in front of the fire pit with a romantic view of the sunset. Overall, I had a terrific time at this cozy house at Puerto Nuevo.

This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Ligia Medina (“Homeowner”) and (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property: The property is located at: 2224 Calle Central, Cantiles Dorados, Rosarito Baja California N. Mexico The property is furnished and includes linens, towels,Kitchen blender toaster, coffe maker etc. .] as advertised in VRBO/Home Away. And 1 mountain KHS red bike. 2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons: 3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 5 persons. An additional charge 15$ of per person per night for guests in addition to the limit of 5, will be assessed. 4. Term of the Lease: The lease begins at 12:00 noon; on (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 3:00 pm on __ (the “Checkout Date”). 6. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. 7. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.. 8. Rental Rate and Fees Option A: The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 7days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to: i. damage to the property or furnishings; ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. b. Rental Rate.
