Emerald Isle is a 17 story luxury high rise resting on almost five acres with 300 feet directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is located on the seventh floor and has a private balcony over looking the swimming pools, hot tub, and directly facing the emerald blue gulf waters.

The Gulf side of the unit has floor to ceiling glass doors and fixed glass. There is ceramic tile through out the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic counter tops and designer series appliances. Master bedroom has a queen bed, over looking the Gulf; master bath has garden tub. Second bedroom has two twin beds on opposite end of unit. Living area has a pull out queen sofa bed. Linens and towels are provided as well as all your kitchen needs. Unit is very nicely decorated, equipped, and clean! Brand new flat screen T.V. in Living area.

On the ground floor there is an exercise room with sauna overlooking the Gulf. There are two elevators and plenty of rolling luggage carriers. Parking lot has an electronic gated system as well as electronic secure entry areas to the building. There is a boardwalk to the beach with outside showers. Complex is centrally located to restaurants, outdoor activities, and nightly entertainment all within walking distance.

Downtown, shopping malls, naval air station (famous Blue Angels), museums, sport fishing, golfing, and much much more is just minutes away!

We are sure you will want to call home to tell your friends and family how much fun you are having. Don't worry the calls are on the owner! Free long distance calls can be made right from this unit!

By renting directly from the owner you get great discounts!

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only in June and July. All other months are also Saturday to Saturday although exceptions may be made based on availability and with a minimum of a three night stay.

Prices include all taxes and cleaning (that is a huge savings right there)! Credit cards accepted through paypal - you will need a paypal account which is simple to create. Note there is a 3% charge for credit card use.

  • This was our first visit to Penscola Beach. Your always a little nervous about staying at a place you have never visited before, it was better then we could ever expected. The condo was real nice and clean and has a great view. Betty was great from start to finish. I definitely recommend staying here. Betty thanks again and we will be back in the future.   • We loved this condo! Pensacola Beach was beautiful and the condo looks right out onto the beach and great pools-it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views! Mrs. Reid had supplies-we just had to buy the groceries (and wine) and enjoy! The master bedroom also looks out to the ocean so that was a nice touch too. We will definitely be back.

  • We spent Thanksgiving 2007 in this lovely Gulf-front condo and had a wonderful time. The unit surpassed our expectations, and the owner is incredibly thoughtful and organized. The kitchen was equipped for even the most imaginative cook. We've rented a number of condos on the Gulf, and this is by far the best bargain. We look forward to return visits.

  • This was our first trip to Pensacola and it was GREAT!! The water was beautiful and so was the condo! It was just like being at home. It is a very spacious unit and is clean, tastefully decorated, and is very well equipped. We felt as if we were at home, didn't need anything!! Mrs. Reid we thank you for sharing your condo w/ us and we hope to come back soon. Even though I think we were the furthest away from home (13 hrs) it was well worth the trip. We really enjoyed ourselves and we'll do it again. Also the view from the balcony was gorgeous and a very spacious balcony at that! We loved watching the dolphins. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo w/ us!
