Best condo we have ever stayed at. Just recently remodeled with all upscale appliances and fixtures. Top notch. Mrs Reid could not have been more cordial or helpful. Very very quiet and private.The photos were exactly as represented. Everything was there for your convenience. Just bring food and beverages. Fantastic balcony to eat out on. Cannot recommend any local resturants as they were ok but certainly not outstanding. Just mediocre. Will probably have to go into Pensacola proper for better resturants at perhaps more reasonable prices for the quality of food.

Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved this condo. It was super clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. We loved all the flat screen TVs! The views are amazing and the AC really keeps the unit cool! The owner was real easy to deal with and exceeded our expectations. The main reason I wanted to write this review is to let people know that Pensacola still has their sugar white sands and we were able to swim everyday but one without any issues despite what the news is deplicting. The media seems to be hurting this area by running bogus stories over and over. We were sitting in the condo after a nice swim at the beach and saw on the news that the beaches were closed when indeed they were not, we always adhere to the local advisories which were yellow flag ok to swim with caution due to surf. This is no different than any other year. There are officals proactively combing the beaches for any sign of oil and they are cleaning any signs up immediately. We were very impressed. We emailed pictures and videos to friends back home and they could not believe how untainted Pensacola is after watching conflicting news reports. Enough of my rambling...don't be afraid to come it's still great and you can't beat the quality and price on this condo. A++ We highly recommend! Also the location is walking distance to all the happening spots, restaurants, and gift shops!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first visit to Penscola Beach. Your always a little nervous about staying at a place you have never visited before, it was better then we could ever expected. The condo was real nice and clean and has a great view. Betty was great from start to finish. I definitely recommend staying here. Betty thanks again and we will be back in the future. We loved this condo! Pensacola Beach was beautiful and the condo looks right out onto the beach and great pools-it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views! Mrs. Reid had supplies-we just had to buy the groceries (and wine) and enjoy! The master bedroom also looks out to the ocean so that was a nice touch too. We will definitely be back.

This 1st time to East Coast, like very much. This place was very clean, smell good, and have everything we need and more. Mrs. Reid very nice person and very special on our list. We hope to return next year.

We spent Thanksgiving 2007 in this lovely Gulf-front condo and had a wonderful time. The unit surpassed our expectations, and the owner is incredibly thoughtful and organized. The kitchen was equipped for even the most imaginative cook. We've rented a number of condos on the Gulf, and this is by far the best bargain. We look forward to return visits.

We have been vacationing at Pensacola Beach for many years and have always enjoyed our stay. This was our first year at Emerald Isle and I believe this was our most enjoyable stay. Mrs. Reid's condo has everything you need to feel like you are at home, while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality and look forward to coming back!

This was our first trip to Pensacola and it was GREAT!! The water was beautiful and so was the condo! It was just like being at home. It is a very spacious unit and is clean, tastefully decorated, and is very well equipped. We felt as if we were at home, didn't need anything!! Mrs. Reid we thank you for sharing your condo w/ us and we hope to come back soon. Even though I think we were the furthest away from home (13 hrs) it was well worth the trip. We really enjoyed ourselves and we'll do it again. Also the view from the balcony was gorgeous and a very spacious balcony at that! We loved watching the dolphins. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo w/ us!

Your condo is so very beautiful, clean, well equipped, conveniently within walking distance to restaurants, shops, outdoor recreation.... The views from your unit are awesome!!! The new boardwalk with outside showers from the swimming pools to the beach is fabulous! Your rental rates are excellent!!! We also thank you very much for being so nice, helpful, and considerate. My family goes on trips every year, and last year we went to Pensacola Beach, Florida. We loved it there soo much, it was soo relaxing. We are deciding to go back August 1st through the 8th and we are staying and the Emerald Isle. The pictures and comments make it sound absolutely beautiful. We are very excited to go there, we just can't wait. Thank you for making such a beautiful/clean place for visitors to stay and feel welcome.

For the past 8 years my family and I have vacationed on Pensacola Beach. We have visited many beaches in other parts of the country. Pensacola Beach is, by far, the most beautiful beach we have seen. To make our vacation even more enjoyable, the stay at this Emerald Isle condo has been fantastic! The condo unit is clean, very well equipped, has plenty of room, and is absolutely beautiful! The glass along the back of the condo gives a constant view of the gulf that is spectacular. My family also loves having two large pools to enjoy, as well as, the beach, a tremendous combination for a perfect vacation. Everything is close and easy to access- shops and restaurants. This is a great place to stay for an unforgettable vacation!!! The Dyson family

This is a beautiful condo, very clean, lots of room. The view is incredible. It is so easy to get in and out. Everything you need is within walking distance. My family loved the vacation here. We will go back.

Great place, just as described! My family has been vacationing in Pensacola for 10 plus years but this was the 1st time we ventured out on our own to find a place (used real estate agents in the past). We won't be using an agent again now that we know about rent by owner. The unit was very nice, clean,equipped with everything we needed and awesome views!! Oh and we saved over $600 by renting from the owner! Thanks a lot! We will be back...A++++++++ !!!
