This second floor fairway condo is newly renovated (2011) and is in the heart of Eaton Village. It has a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new flooring and is freshly painted. The decor is in keeping with the feel of the beach and the Cape.
This unit is in a great location to resort amenities and area attractions and the private deck is the perfect place to relax with a drink after a day at the beach. Two bedrooms with two full baths. Sleeps 4 (5th child on a cot). Features cable, 2 TV's, DVD player, BBQ grill, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Cooking Utensils, fully equipped Kitchen, and more. There is a large AC unit in master bedroom capable of cooling the condo. There is an open floor plan; living and dining area with a pass-through to the eat-in full kitchen. Master bedroom with full private bathroom. The twin bedroom has easy access to the second full bathroom.

This was our first stay at the cape and we were pleased with the location and amenities. The condo was just as shown on the website, clean and well maintained. It is not a large condo, but suited the four of us perfectly. The price is very reasonable as compared with renting directly from the resort. The owner was very informative and accommodating. Since we came from cross country, we had to rent sheets and towels from one of the local companies there. Next time I would pay the extra dollars to get the all cotton towels. Our stay on the cape was short but very nice. Stayed over Memorial Day weekend. 5 total in party including one 2 yr old. Condo is as advertised. No surprises which was nice. Owners very eager to please us and make sure we had information that we requested. Condo located on upper floor which I prefer. Nice deck overlooking tall trees with many birds. Cannot see the golf course fairway due to trees that line the fairway which was fine with us. No complaints from our stay in Oceans Edge. For any golfers, try the Captains Golf Course within 10 minutes of the condo. Better price than the resort course and gorgeous.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.
