We spent 3 months here last winter. It was so great we are now staying 4 months this coming winter. Like other reviews, Christian and Aloma, the owners are WONDERFUL! All the staff are excellent people. They are accommodating and so friendly. They really made it an enjoyable time in their building. The location is super, convient to all that is happening in the Romantic Zone, close to the beach, yet with the terrace/plunge pool you have everything there in the building. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. You have everything for a long or short stay. We have no reservations in recommending this building. Everything is so well maintained. Love this place!

Great Stay - Great Location !
Great Stay - Great Location !
My wife & I spent a great week in this freshly renovated suite. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The location is ideal, very safe and close to everything from the malecon to restaurants, bars, shopping, taxis or buses. Cristian, the property manager is very friendly and great to deal with. I enjoyed our stay here more than staying at an all-inclusive resort. We would definitely stay here again when visiting PV. Joe & Rossana K - Vancouver

My wife and I just returned from a 10 day stay in this apartment. We were met by Cristian, even though our flight was late, and we didn't arrive at the apartment until nearly 9:00 pm. Cristian gave us the keys, showed us around the building, and even helped carry the bags upstairs! The apartment is clean and nicely furnished, with everything needed. It has a full kitchen, but we ate out every meal. The restaurants are probably cheaper than cooking yourself, and the cook gets a break, too. It is in the heart of the Romantic Zone, and an easy walk from coffee shops and countless inexpensive restaurants. It is perfect for evening strolls on the Malecon, the wide waterfront walkway, filled with families enjoying the warm evenings, buskers and hawkers. The big terrace has lots of shade, and is ideal for reading and whiling away the heat of the day. We would recommend this apartment for a couple's romantic stay. Kids under 14 are not allowed, so the terrace is serene.

Puerto Vallarta has been our love formany many years. This newly renovated location has been the apple of our eye for a long time.Weare secondsf t from the beach and within a 4 block radius ofall the best restaurants, markets, bars, and for the shoppers dream come true.Door step Taxi service ,car rental and bus service close by.. The photos are an excellant representation of the accomodation. It is very clean, recently remodeled and we found the noise level great for Mexico. Christian, the owner and his staff are more than accomodating and will go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. Just all around nice people! You will always feel safe walking this area day or night just as we have for 14 years. Definitly worth looking into. Small pets are welcome as well.

This is a fantastic option for people who don't like the all inclusive experience. This apartment was perfect for relaxation and also enjoying the many attractions that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The apartment is not luxurious but has all the amenties you need, is clean and represented accurately by the photos on this site. The location is awesome, less than a block from the beach with good restaurants (check out Embarcadero Marisco) and coffee nearby (we preferred the Coffee Cup but Dee's was good too). It is relatively quiet (it is Mexico after all!) although you will hear music playing from the local community centre (done by about 10:30 PM). The extra living space and kitchen is perfect for people who like to have coffee first thing and perhaps prepare their own breakfast. Later you can take a drink out to the terrace (where there is a plunge pool) or sip one on your own balcony. Free WiFi and cable TV (for those important soccer games-go Arsenal!) made the whole experience a home away from home, just hotter and better! Cristian, the property manager, was excellent. We travelled during Christmas week which is the most expensive time and he offered us a very fair rate. He was also very quick to respond to any questions and requests we had. Although a little nervous about paying by credit card (via two separate e-mails ) the transaction was easy and without incident. Talking to Cristian (who is fluent in English) on the phone will put your mind at ease, as he is a very nice man. Other renters sang his praises as well! My wife and I were in PV about 8 or 9 years ago and stayed in the hotel zone. We enjoyed our stay but since then have chosen to explore other destinations in Mexico and elsewhere. Staying in the 'Romantic zone' of PV makes all the difference. It has a fantastic vibe and I now understand why people come back to PV year after year. It is not just the weather. There is a lot to see and do, the restaurants are great and the prices very reasonable. A final note: The Romantic zone is a very gay friendly area. If this is a problem for you, get over it, stay home or go somewhere else. If you choose this property, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy Puerto Vallarta!

Beautiful Apartments In Zona Romantica!
Beautiful Apartments In Zona Romantica!
I have stayed at this apartment complex many times. The managers are from Chile, and are so kind, and friendly! They are bilingual, so that makes it very easy if you don't know Spanish. The location is fabulous, as it is only steps to the beach, and the fantastic sunsets! There are so many great restaurants so close, no car, or taxi is needed. One of the main considerations before going on a vacation is safety and security. I have never had any problems here. The kitchens in the apartments have everything you'll need if you enjoy cooking, as I do. There is a small store just two blocks away, and the big market is only 5 minutes away by taxi, and the ride is only about $4.00 USD each way. If you like action activities, there are many things to chose from, and this location makes it easier, as so many tours depart from this area. Puerto Vallarta is a hidden gem, and 115 Amapas is a place to relax, and enjoy all that Mexico has to offer!

Let me start off by saying that this is the 4th year in a row I have spent my winter vacation in Puerto Vallarta. I've been at Emperador Suites for 2 months, and I have put a deposit down to reserve an apartment in the building for next year--Jan 2013 through March 2013. Need I say more! Apartments at Emperadpr Suites represent OUTSTANDING VALUE. The location is superb--walking distance to the most popular beach in Vallarta, countless restaurants, bars and clubs, the Malecon, shopping, etc. The apartments offer generous views of the ocean. They have good natural light, and they are quiet. Finally, the people that run the building are very decent, fair, and honorable and eager to accommodate their guests.
