  This home is very beautiful and relaxing to be in. This was my 1st trip to Lake Cumberland from Lexington, KY and I'll definitely be back!

  Your home is so welcoming. Love the openess and, of course, the views from all sides! Appreciate the well stocked kitchen as well. We made several trips to the State Park for hiking, putt putt, and dinner. Wonderful time!

  Hello and welcome to our home at the lake. We hope that you enjoy the house, area and the lake as much as we do. Please make yourselves at home, say hello to all the neighbors (they're all very friendly, great people who share the love of the area), and have a great stay! Additional information about rental rates

There is a $25/night surcharge for Holiday stays.

Holidays require a 3 night minimum.

Stays including July 4 is a 5 night minimum.

There is a 3% surcharge for paying rental fees with a credit card, no fee for echeck.

Fees:

• Pet Fee: $100 + tax
• Refundable Damage Deposit: $250
• Cleaning Fee: $95 + tax
• Tax Rate 10.24%

Cancellation policy:

Signed rental agreement will be required of all guests. Cancellation Policy: If RENTER requests reservation cancellation: a) More than 60 days (exclusive) prior to check-in date, then Security Deposit and any other fees collected, less $50.00 processing fee, will be returned b) Less than 60 days (exclusive) prior to check-in date, then: i) 50% of Security Deposit and 100% of any other fees collected will be returned if the entie rental period is paid by another party (e.g. successfully re-booked) ii) no refund will be provided if entire rental period is not paid by another party
