This small, family friendly condominium complex offers relaxing by the pool, tennis, shuffle board, shelling or just enjoying and relaxing on the beach. For the adventure seekers we offer para sailing, jet skiing, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving, deep sea fishing.
Our unit is tastefully decorated and has a 50' flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Unit sleeps six people comfortably and offers two newly renovated bath rooms. The kitchen is completely equipped and fully renovated with granite countertops.
You can explore Panama City's restaurants from the local beach bar with live music to the gourmet dining experience. Breakfast at Andy's Flour Power is a unique experience and highly recommended. You have never tasted fresher sea food. Buddy's or Cardenas will steam your shrimp to perfection. Buddy Gandy's sea food market in town is a great place to stock up before heading back home. Schooners serves you the best grouper sandwiches and live music just a short walk from Mariner West. If you prefer dinner in - Mariner West offers you grills right on the beach.
We have made many friends at Mariner West and really enjoy the home like atmosphere. We hope that you'll come back year after year.

My husband, daughter and I stayed in your condo for fall break and it couldn't have been nicer. We really enjoyed the clean and updated accomodations and the convenience to everything. We loved the large balcony and spent all of time out there if we weren't on the beach. This was very clean, quiet and the complex was very well kept. We will be returned next year. Glad we found it. We had friends in the complex and they plan on returning also.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I stayed here in May for my 50th birthday present to myself. The condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable! The complex is clean and friendly! This condo went beyond my expectations. It was so increadibly roomy. The balcony was large enough for all of us to spend time out on it. It is well updated with plenty of sitting and sleeping space. The owner and resort were great to work with. We will definitely be booking this condo on our next stay in PCB.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have enjoyed staying at the Mariner West on several vacations. I would recommend this property to anyone who loves the beautiful beaches of Florida. This well kept property met our expectations and the new renovations makes it look even nicer than the first time we vacationed there. There are many attractions and nice restaurants within several miles of the condo.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Salt water fishing is my favorite past time and Panama City is one of the best destinations for inshore and off shore fishing. Seafood would be my next favorite thing about P.C. they have anything from a hole in the wall oyster bar to some of the best fine dining anywhere. Shopping and the beach would be the destination for my wife and daughter ,with the new Pier Park area being there first stop!
