Family residence in a great location. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private pool, hot tub and a custom BBQ. Backyard has plenty of privacy for sun time and it's large enough for a nice get together. Lot's of room for relaxing and having fun. Master bedroom features a king bed with a TV & DVD player, Queen bed in one room with a double bed in the third room. Surprise location is perfect for a get away yet easy access to prime shopping and dining. Easy walk or quick drive to the Surprise Spring Training Facility. Fast drive to Westgate to see the Phoenix Coyotes and/or the Arizona Cardinals. Just 11 miles to the Peoria Sports Complex and Arrowhead Mall. Phoenix is known for it's golf courses and Surprise does not disappoint with many courses at your fingertips. This neighborhood is quiet and manicured, lot's of Estate and garage sales on the weekends for those great bargins.

The house had an amazing backyard! The owners were wonderful and excellent at accommodating our needs. We will definitely return to stay, we felt like at home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
