This newly decorated and furnished Lake Forest villa is centrally located in Sea Pines and combines the convenience of being just a bike ride from famous Harbour Town, beaches, golf and shopping, with the scenic tranquility of views of a lake and Nature Forest Reserve.
Our villa features three full bedrooms, three full baths, a den with lake view, living/dining room, newly renovated eat-in-kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counters and breakfast bar, a large deck with new outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. The first floor bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second floor master has a king-size bed and the other second floor bedroom has two twin beds.
The bedrooms have designer bedding and new mattresses for your comfort. The living room with cathedral ceiling and large deck provide stunning views of the lake. There are all new appliances and kitchenware, as well as a flat screen cable TV and VCR/DVD in the living room and new TVs with VCR/DVD players in the bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with a wireless DSL internet connection. This is a nonsmoking villa as well.
This is the perfect family vacation retreat. Enjoy a large on-site Lake Forest pool and four tennis courts, take the bike trails that lead you through beautiful Sea Pines or walk over to the Nature Reserve. Watch the birds, fish and turtles in the lake and Reserve during sunsets on the deck.
Sea Pines offers gorgeous beaches, three golf courses, including the prestigious Harbour Town Links, deep sea fishing and boating, miles of bike and jogging trails and even horseback riding. Beyond Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island offers dozens of golf courses, a wide range of shopping and countless restaurants with every cuisine. There is something for everyone to do.
