California-style townhouse on a quiet street in one of Vancouver's trendiest and most vibrant neighborhoods - all within walking distance to the beach. Enjoy the myriad of the shops and award-winning restaurants on bustling West 4th Ave, relax at the beach or Olympic-size pool, and access every amenity along West Broadway (organic markets, great schools, medical centres, yoga studios and cafes).

The townhouse itself has beautiful dark hardwood floors at the entrance and in the main living and dining area. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable and the kitchen is brand new and very well appointed with excellent appliances, cooking tools, table wear, glassware and cutlery. The dining room is situated in a nook in the front window and will seat 6 comfortably. There is a large "Smart TV" (Skype and internet capable) over a wood-burning fireplace and original artworks that create a very warm and inviting place to relax. WIFI internet and premium cable are provided.

Upstairs, the bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds with premium quality linens. The master bedroom has a tv with DVD player. There is also an additional folding, twin sleeping mat (with linens) available. Both bathrooms have shower facilities and the master bathroom (recently renovated) has a very large, jacuzzi soaker and heated marble floor.

The private roof-top deck is equipped with a bbq and furnishings - perfect for hot summer days and relaxing warm evenings.

Monthly lease also includes bi-monthly cleaning service, parking in the driveway and additional parking on the street. There is a two-month minimum lease requirement unless there is availability and you are booking last minute (within a week or two).
