The condo is perfectly appointed, with luxurious bedding, and fabulous views of the pool and beach. Everything was great, despite the weather. Be sure though to bring your own pool/beach towels!

WOW...this property is stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. Tastefully decorated, warm, bright, welcoming decor. Everything is perfect. The condo is immaculate. The owners have thought of everything. The upgrades in the condo are awesome. The owners have supplied the condo with everything you can imagine...from the soft plush bath towels to the lovely dinnerware. It's a special vacation condo. It doesn't get any better than this condo with the lovely ocean views, swimming pool and relaxing walks on the beach.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The condo is so clean and well stocked, and has a wonderful location right on the beach. We loved being able to eat some meals in the condo, but there are lots of restaurants within 5 minutes, right on Isle of Palms. Charleston has lots to do, and its a 20 minute drive to all the tourist attractions and restaurants in downtown Charleston. Wild Dunes has bike rentals, golf and tennis available. We're hoping for better weather next time that we visit, but even with the chilly temps, we were able to enjoy the beach and Charleston and would love to go back to this property again!

The condo itself is lovely. The furnishings and decor are top notch. The ocean view is somewhat at an angle, which at first I thought might be a negative, but it really gives you a great view of the sunrise. Two of my girlfriends and I met there for a relaxing weekend and we truly enjoyed our stay.

In town for a professional conference with coworkers. We chose to stay here instead of a hotel. It was sooooo worth it! The sunrises are unbelievable! Ocean views from both bedrooms! The entire condo is very nicely decorated with a beautiful beach theme. The ocean and the pool are just steps away. The owners have thought of everything. All you have to do is pack your bags. I'm already planning a trip later this year with my husband and kids. I highly recommend this condo!

PERFECT BUSINESS VACATION!!!

I had a great sense of security in this rental. The first contact was sooooo positive and reassuring that I knew immediately this was the PERRFECT choice. I shared this beautifully furnished condo with three Co-workers. We found everything we could possibly need... neat, clean and even more stunning than the photos. From the moment we entered the complex we felt welcomed, and pampered. The landscaping, physical layout, and overall maintaince were impressive. Watch for the deer as you drive through. The central location was excellent for us and the conference we attended. We thoroughly enjoyed meals in Shem Creek, at the Ice House. Downtown was good at Hymans. Be sure to take your coupon for the complimentary appetizer. The Firefly distillery was great!!! loved the opportunity for the taste testing. Be sure to check the drawer in the kitchen with a list of local restaurants and menus. We did the usual market visit and a carriage ride of the historic district. THIS is a MUST for first time visitors. We also wandered out of town to the HUNLEY and near by cemetery for the crew. Angel Oak is also awe inspiring. With a history lesson about the Gullah people. Beautiful sunrises on the beach. The wind in your hair and the smell of the salt water as we plucked up shells was a terrific way to start and end our days. Yes, I am ready to return and shall. A huge heart felt THANK YOU to the owners for sharing your living space with us.

Most amazing vacation even considering a little rain and windy weather. We highly recommend renting this home away from home. Owners have equipped condo with every imaginable amenity necessary. Photos just doesn't do its justice... balcony views are so beautiful and relaxing. Bike ride on beach and finding numerous sand dollars and shells were a blast. Easy access to downtown Charleston and local Isle of Palms shops and restaurants. Condo is very well maintained. Worth every penny spent plus so much more. Already booked our next return in the fall...Can't wait!

Dear potential renters. Rent this beach front condo NOW. My wife and I stayed for three weeks and did not want to leave. The condo was immaculate and cheerfully bright. Very tastefully decorated. Long walks on the beach with trips to historic Charleston. This condo was situated perfectly. We have rented before in Wild Dunes and this experience was by far the best . Will do it again and have written this Condo's address in my book. M&M, Brevard, NC.

Love this condo! The close proximity to Charleston and the king beds in each room were the main reasons I choose this condo. This was a girl's getaway for my mom and I. The beds are awesome, so comfortable. The rest of the condo was a true bonus - Very clean, relaxing and beachy decor is warm and inviting; we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. This condo feels and looks brand new, we feel like the first guests. I love the upgraded kitchen and baths, beautiful. We did some light cooking and had everything we needed. Keyless entry very nice feature. To our disappointment it was too cold to enjoy the pool and the beach, but the views from the balcony and bedrooms are awesome. We did brave the cold to walk the beach a bit twice. The pool and deck area and grounds are exceptionally well cared for; so sad we didn't get to use the sparkling pool! We enjoyed watching several sunrises and moonrises (full moon this week - awesome) from the balcony. We saw 7-8 deer in Wild Dunes one evening when returning "home". Wild Dunes is very convenient to Charleston; we drove over 4 times. We used both routes on/off the island and found many convenient stores and restaurants each route. We had a minor maintenance issue and the owner was very pleasant and quick to respond the same day. She also followed up with us to insure the problem was fixed. Great condo, great location, great customer service all around. (Thanks to Robin for her assistance in booking our reservation and for answering all my preplanning questions. She was always quick to respond and made booking our stay a breeze). Thank you Terry and Diane for extending your home to us, we really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding condo - this is one case where the pictures do NOT do it justice! Great location in Wild Dunes and 10 yards from the beach. We spent most evenings on the balcony relaxing and listening to the ocean waves. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable - perfect setup for two couples. We really enjoyed out time here!

We live 3 hours from Charleston and have stayed many times in many different condos and homes. We loved Summerhouse 303. It newly decorated and fresh and clean. The owners showed amazing attention to details---even labeled the light switches. They also sent a very detailed welcome packet with good notes about restaurants. Both bedrooms had king beds and both had ocean view. Access to the ocean was easier than in many Wild Dunes Condos. We did not cook but noticed that the kitchen was stocked nicely. We will def. stay here again. This was more space than we needed but we enjoyed every inch of the space. Add our favorite restaurant to you list---Fig in Charleston. We also ltried Hucks in Isle of Palms and liked it.

Magnificent is not a word I use a lot, but it immediately comes to mind as I begin to write this review. This condominium is impeccably decorated in pastels and neutrals, open and airy, and immaculately clean. The owners anticipate their guests every need. The communication and business aspects were professionally handled but personable. Great concern was expressed that we have a superb stay as "guests in their home" and it indeed FELT like home. We have never had as restful and enjoyable a vacation as we experienced this summer. The beaches are wide and clean, the landscapes manicured, and the sunrise views from the balcony exquisite. My only complaint was that our time there was entirely too short, a problem we have remedied by reserving two more vacation slots. We couldn't be happier!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo! The accomodations were great, we had plenty of room! We loved having two king beds plus the sleeper sofa! The kitchen was very well equipped! The views of the ocean and pool were great, loved the raised area on the balcony --for unobstructed views of the ocean!!! Also loved the keyless entry! We were at Wild Dunes for a family wedding so we had to drive and park close to the Boardwalk Inn at Wild Dunes to meet friends and family on the beach (close to the house they rented). The beach area near the Inn was narrow and more populated, we preferred the beach by your condo as it was much more spacious and less populated, plus parking was great at the condo!!! We would definitely recommend 303 Summerhouse to family and friends! We had a wonderful time!!! (My only regret is that I didn't see all that fabulous shopping by Barnes & Noble in Mount Pleasant until we were leaving town!)

This condo was excellent place to stay. Location is ideal with great view of the beach. Plenty of room on the deck and great amenities inside the condo as well. Beach is one of the best we have been to among the Carolinas. Only 30 minutes till Charleston so plenty of things to do and tons of places to eat between IOP and Charleston.

WOW, what a great time my husband and I had during our stay at your condo and at Wild Dunes. The condo was so beautiful and very well kept and the location was perfect. The furnishings were very comfortable; in fact my husband said he had the best night sleep he's had in months. We enjoyed the view of the ocean every morning while we ate our breakfast on the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked but we chose to go out to eat. Getting into Charleston was so easy and quick, we spent our days at the beach and our nights having dinner in Charleston. The carriage ride for two was so romantic and the nightlife fun. We have been on many vacations and this is one of the nicest, cleanest condos that we have stayed in. The owners made it so easy to reserve our week. We look forward to making the drive from New Jersey back to the laid back southern charm of the Isle of Palms. Thank you to the owners for making this a great place to stay and relax. Next time I am taking my daughter and her husband with us. Took lots of pictures but you must see for yourself just how beautiful it is. Will tell all my friends to rent this condo and have the greatest vacation ever.

A MUST STAY!

We had a wonderful time staying in Summerhouse 303. The condo was exceptional!!! Beautifully remodeled, very clean, and roomy!!! Our weather was not the greatest but staying in this condo made it better. There were lots of board games and games to play. It by far was the best place we have ever stayed. We enjoyed the ocean views from the large balcony. THis place had it all and we are so grateful that the owners opened up their condo for renting. We will definitely be back!

The condo was emaculate, cozy and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and the little touches made it so comfortable. We had bikes delivered within one hour of calling and the beach was right there to ride on and enjoy. Listening to the surf at night was so peaceful. You have to drive to restaurants, but it is close. We had a great meal, but not cheap at the Acme Low Country Cantina. It was a wonderful, restful stay.

There are blank pages at the end for our guest to write in their favorites and share with others on the great places to eat and the not so great to keep away from. We have also included the phone number of the bike and beach chair/umbrella rental service. Wild Dunes does offer bike rental but thanks to you, we can advise our future guest where they can rent at a lower price. This rental service will deliver to you and place your rented chairs and umbrella on the beach each morning. Fun-Filled Beach Trip with the Kids

Beautiful condo, beautiful resort, beautiful beach. The description was accurate and the owners maintain this condo well and have made it very welcoming. This was a great place for the kids...basketball court, grassy area to play, the pool is visible from the condo deck and the beach is just a few steps away. The area was also peaceful and would be a great place for a couple to spend some quiet time. This place has it all. The pizza place in downtown IOP is very good and has lots of outside seating. We can't wait for another vacation here!
