Welcome to Hilton Head Island’s recently-renovated 504 North Shore Place (remodeled spring/summer 2012). A lovely penthouse villa. Rooftop pool & spa. Tree top ocean views/breezes. Direct beachwalk to beachside pool, cabana bar & Coligny's finest public beach – just across North Forest Beach Drive! Once you park your car in our secure/gated/covered parking area, you can walk or bike almost everywhere!
New furnishings, appliances, and Whirlpool stacking washer/dryer for your use. Two lovely master suites – one king/one queen. Also a comfortable sleeper sofa that converts to a queen bed. Two full bathrooms. Nice-sized balcony that can comfortably accommodate six for morning breakfast, or al fresco dinner. Large screen flat-panel televisions in the great room (46”), and both bedrooms (32”). Nice open kitchen with corian countertops and counter/bar stools.
Balcony is accessible by the great room, and the master (king) bedroom suite. From the balcony there are tree-top ocean views. Across the side street is the popular Coligny Plaza, with restaurants, shops, groceries, deli, ice cream & more! Secure parking and elevator.

Not only was this condo spotless, the touches left by the owner for our stay- liquid soaps for both bathrooms and the kitchen, dish/dishwasher soap (not just one sample)plenty of supplies, new bathmats, a bottle of wine, little gifts- those touches and more made for a very nice welcome and a great stay. If we hadn't thought of everything to pack, the owners thought of everything we may have forgotten! The washer and dryer are new and roomier/more efficient than the originals. Kitchen drawers and items were organized and clean (though we don't use the kitchen, we appreciated how easy it was to find a pair of scissors or something we needed). The decor was uncluttered and bright. Having access to the owner's closet (a first) for beach supplies (very nice chairs and other items) keeps sand out of the condo and helps to keep everything nice. No carpeting made a huge difference as far as cleanliness in the bedrooms. The only downside of our two-week stay was that a lot of work (drilling and pounding) was being done in the parking area, and days were very noisy. However, one has to expect noise and work in the off-season in order for the property to stay as nice as it is. We normally wouldn't have been in the condo during the day anyway, but the weather did not exactly cooperate and we had several rainy and windy days to find other things to do. The music wafting over from nearby restaurants until 10:30 or 11 pm does get a little loud (and old) at times, but that is no fault of the condo owners. What does not get old is the view of the ocean and Tybee Island- as well as sunsets- from the balcony! I have already booked our next stay, and can only hope that the owners keep doing such a great job with their condo. It is a fabulous condo, and the location is perfect, which is why we have chosen this complex over and over again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The interior far surpassed my expectations. Very cozy and comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach, and right across the street from a shopping area that also includes a grocery store which we used a lot! Can't wait to stay here again next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just wanted to say "Thank you!" We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful villa. We didn't want to leave. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The location is so convenient on the island and it was really nice being able to walk and bike everywhere; we rarely had to use our vehicle. We just loved the pools and jacuzzi! Also so nice having access to the beach side pool & sun deck too. We were also entertained by the musicians each night that played in Coligny. What a pleasant surprise! Again, thank you & we would definitely love to return!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This condo is right next to Coligny square, an easy walk to shopping, the beach and lots of great restaurants. The condo is immaculately clean and well appointed with anything you would need to cook at home in the kitchen. as well as brand new bedding, washer and dryer and a nice little balcony with a distant water view. Unfortuately, the condo complex was undergoing some work when we were there, which impacted our ability to enjoy all that this great facility has to offer. Even with that, when we contacted the owners, they were friendly and considerate, and so great to deal with! I am sure the work is complete by now and we would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a realxing getaway to beautiful HHI. We look forward to re-visiting this perfect rental in the future!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. The location was especially convenient, being across the street from the beach and Coligny Plaza. The little gift bag with goodies for our family was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the flat screen TVs in every room. The kitchen had everything we needed, even though we ate out every night for dinner at the many great restaurants on the island. Having the pool at the "sister" property, on the beach, was a plus..we loved being able to spend some time at the beach, and then go up to the pool for some more sunning and swimming. We'd definitely rent this place in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
