  My wife and I found Phoenix IX to be a wonderful place to stay - the building's amenities were top-notch. The outdoor pool and sandy beach couldn't be beat on sunny days; the indoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were nice options while it was chilly in the morning, or on rainy days. This unit in particular was immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The master suite was especially nice. We didn't travel with kids but the added bunk room would be perfect for younger children. The views from the balcony were very nice despite not being on the gulf side of the building, and the outdoor space was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or winding down at night. If you're REALLY sensitive to noise you should be aware that this unit is directly below the indoor tennis courts, and there is some traffic noise from the busy road below when the sliding doors in the bedroom and living room are open. Since we were traveling while it was relatively cool at night we had to get accustom to the noise outside if we wanted to sleep with the doors open. With the doors closed you can't hear the road noise at all. The noise from the tennis court is very subtle, but it took us a couple days of thinking there were some active kids running around above us before we realized it was in fact the tennis court. This was our first time traveling to Orange Beach and overall we were impressed. Unfortunately, the area is not very walkable and there aren't a ton of dining options nearby so a car is really a necessity. It would be nice if the building offered recycling - it pained us to throw away so much refuse while on vacation. We ended up taking a couple bags of clean recycling home since we had a little extra room in the car. We look forward to traveling to Orange Beach and Phoenix IX again next year!

  What a fabulous condo! You have thought of everything to make your guests feel comfortable and so very welcome! The views overlooking the Bay were so beautiful and each day brought a new and different sight! We saw everything from dolphins, herons, pelicans and even a pair of loons whom, we were convinced, had followed us here from our lake home in Wisconsin! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.....we've already made our reservations for next year! Thank you!

  This has been my absolute favorite rental in the area. There was such variety for the whole family between all of the amenities. We especially appreciated the indoor pool/ hot tubs and tennis court when rain moved in. We love this unit and will be booking it again as the extra bunk beds off of the master made for a fun and cozy hide out for the kids. The unit is bright and cheery and the kitchen is very well supplied. Perfect for a family or a couple. Felt like home.

  This unit was such a pleasant surprise for a one bedroom. The kids had plenty of space and really loved the layout, but this place would be equally accommodating for a romantic getaway sans kids. The furnishings were contemporary yet warm, and the owners were wonderful. I loved how modern and convenient this building is, but this unit is particularly appealing. Will definitely stay here again!

  My family and I had an amazing vacation at this condo. Our children were as thrilled with the bunk room, indoor pool, and soft sandy beach as we were with the deluxe master suite, fantastic bay views, and attention to detail. Even though there are great activities and points of interest nearby, we felt we had all we needed for a family getaway right at the condo and spent nearly all our time there. We plan on visiting here again and again!

  My husband, baby, and I stayed in this unit, and it far exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable, spacious, and well stocked with all of the necessities. It is obvious the owners put forth great effort into making it a wonderful place to stay. The large bedroom/bathroom definitely has the feel of a luxurious master suite, and although we did not need it, the bunk bedroom would be perfect for children. It has a beautiful view of the bay. I would recommend this property to anyone but especially for couples and small families!
