This is the home you have been looking for! Sunny, comfortable, inviting, relaxing house with enough room for the whole family. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with an open living room in the front and a bright and roomy Florida room at the back of the home with a beautiful view of the inground pool.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal while you watch the boats go by from the front yard, and feel the ocean breezes while relaxing in the backyard oasis.
In the backyard you will find our newly finished 16x30 in-ground pool!! You and your family will enjoy hours of fun and relaxation!! After a long day at the beach or visiting area attractions you can come home to the sparking waters of your own pool without crowds or time restrictions. The backyard is just waiting for the family to enjoy the outdoor living. Plenty of room to entertain. There is a large sun ledge in the water so you can put your chair right in the water and relax while the kids splash around.
Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea offers something for everyone, and is centrally located with convience to everything. We are near Historic St. Augustine, and The Birthplace of Speed, Daytona Beach. We are just about an hour from all the fun and attractions of Orlando.
There are many awesome resturaunts, shopping, parks and, of course, beaches within just a few minutes of our home.

This home is located by the intercoastal waterway with views of the water from the front yard. It's in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, approximately 2 blocks walk. There is a small parking lot at the beach at the end of the street. The information on the VRBO website is accurate and portrays the home as it is. The beds were very comfortable and the home was well equipped. Working with the Owner was a delight. She was very prompt to answer any questions we had. Our deposit check was returning in a timely manner. We would definitely stay in this house again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Our family stayed for a week this summer and loved this house. The beach was just a short walk away - just far enough to be an easy walk, but not too close so the crowds stayed away. Fishing in the intercoastal was a blast for the kids. The pool was a nice addition. These people really take good care of their house. Also, having gear on site that we could use in the water was a great help.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

This house and location was great! This was our first vacation in a long time where we were able to just relax and enjoy it. There were six of us, two adults, two 16 year old's, a 10 and an 8 year old. The house is very open and comfortable. We did not feel crowded at all. It could have easily slept three to four more. The owners have the home well equipped for everything from cooking to fun. We enjoyed the skim boards and paddle board. The pool was partially dug and looked like it was going to be awesome. The view across the street was spectacular. We really loved the short walk to the beach. The beach was never crowded. Publix is only a few blocks away for grocery shopping. There are many restaurants within a short drive as well. Our family also took a day trip to Downtown Disney. It was less than an hour drive. There is a nice park close by where the teenagers enjoyed some tennis. We will definitely be back and recommend the house to others.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

This is a great property! We are a family of four, and we stayed in this home for a week. We were very satisfied because the home was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, bright and cheery, comfortable, and is in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the dock in the mornings to fish in the intracoastal waterway, and then we ended up back there in the evenings to watch the spectacular sunsets. The beach is at the other end of the street, and it is beautiful. There is ample parking and restrooms, so it is a great place to spend the day. This home is also in a great location for taking day trips. We went to Orlando one day and to St. Augustine another. The owners have done a great job making sure there are plenty of towels and linens, and the use of the kayaks was such fun. We launched them at the dock across the street and explored islands out in the middle of the waterway. We plan to go back to this property on a regular basis.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Family friendly, very comfortable, accomadating atmosphere. Centrally located. Close to churches, shopping, beaches & other attractions. Property owners recently updated furnishings to include large flat screen TV in living room, with cable & wifi. Additional TV in secondary bedroom and childrens room for gaming. Very comfortable bedding, nicely decorated and freshly painted. Everything was fresh and clean. This house can be your home for a week, a day or a month. It is as comfortable as being in your own home. With a separate dining area & lovely "Florida" room, you can enjoy your meals in or eat out....there are plenty of resturants in the surrounding area, but we preferred to eat in. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your family. There is a dishwasher, washer & dryer that all work well... For the sports lover in your family (my dear husband!!) there are attractions within 30 minutes from the house. Nascar runs at Daytona International Speedway and the Daytona Cubs Minor League Baseball play April thru August. We were there for the opening of the season. Also, golf courses are just minutes away. This house is located directly across the street from the Halifax River (and the property owners do have fishing poles available) and two blocks from the beach with free public parking and playgounds, with access to the beach. All in all this is the perfect vacation spot for us, away from big city traffic, in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definately be back again. We had an amazing time and the house was PERFECT! It was our first time vacationing at Ormond Beach and we did not know the exact location of the house. When we arrived, we were very pleased to find that it was less than half a mile walk to the beach! It was very clean, had everything you would need such as beach towels, condiments, cooking supplies, etc. The bed was very comfortable! Slept like a rock! Another thing we liked as well was that it was direct access to a parking lot on the beach, so we were able to pack everything in our car and drive/park. Since we have a 1 year old, it was very convenient. I can't say enough how wonderful the house is for a family vacation! Thank you!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
