Our family recently stayed in this home for our family trip to the South of France. It was my husband and I, my mother and 17 year old sis and our 2 children (ages 1 and 2). The home sits high up on a hilltop in Antheor/Agay and is just a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Saint Raphael.The home is in beautiful condition, clean and well maintained. The pool and the grounds are wonderful. Guy, the owner, met us with great care and attention in making sure we were happy and that we had all we needed. He even had a baby bath and kids toys ready for us to use. This home made the perfect home base for us to travel along the coastline and explore the cote d'azure and it was also perfect to hang out it all day and relax or just enjoy the small town of Agay at its foothills. The beaches near the house are lovely and not over crowded. There are a few nice restaurants near by and great little cafes for coffee or picking up pastries and baguettes to enjoy back at the house on the INCREDIBLE front porch with a view of the sea. The view is almost the best part... it is just spectacular. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the porch every morning and wine and dessert on the porch every evening. I would highly recommend this home, it has been one of my favorite rentals on VRBO yet. About the owner: My name is Guy. I am retired. I have worked for the United Nations as an expert for UNIDO for economic development. Before that I worked as a travel agent, working in many countries around the world, including the USA. I am French and Swiss by background, speaking french, english and spanish. I have three children. One works as a hotel manager in Sydney, Australia. A second lives in Montreal, working as a model. I have lived in Agay for 15 years. Before that I lived in Paris, close to Versailles. I have a dog named Tahaa.
Why the Owner Chose St. Raphael:
This house is my primary home. I chose this house because of the incredible view of the sea and the location by the National Park of the Esterel (Red Rocks).
