About the owner: We are a Mexican couple Arturo and Tere. Arturo is a CPA and Tere is a language teacher. We love our property and to swim, kayaking, biking, reading and relaxing. Beach activities and good weather is important to us and we wanted to share it with people who loves it to.
Why the Owner Chose Bucerias:
We chose to have a property in this area because we love it, we started coming here renting and as we loved the place we bought a land and built these beautiful appartment and now we also have a very nice swimmingpool with a "palapa" (palm gazebo) where it's very nice to relax. We love the area and it has become very interesting not only for the natural beauty or the zone but also because the growing and progress it has reached. There are very good department stores and supermarkets around here but also very good restaurants and all kind of leissure activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
When staying at this property you are very close to Puerto Vallarta but in a quiet and pitoresque town with this little village flavor.
