  This condo is amazing! It is so comfortable! Spacious with lots of sleeping room! Kitchen stocked with everything we needed - I typically cook before the beach, but this trip I cooked at the beach and had just about everything I needed. So convenient to beach and pool. We were very sad to have to leave and are looking forward to returning. An added bonus -- the owner Tim was great to work with.

  I can not sing the praises enough for this condo and owner. Tim was by far the best owner I have ever worked with. He was QUICK to answer any and all questions about renting and the condo. The condo itself was very spacious and comfortable. The condo was well equipped for all of our needs. I certainly will continue to rent from Tim and his condo!

  Your condo is beautiful! It had plenty of space for our group of ten and was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful spring break. The kids enjoyed the pools and grandma enjoyed the views from the balcony...this was the perfect condo for our annual family vacation. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. In fact, we want to stay here again next year!

  Awesome stay with the family. Nice clean rooms, spacious and very nice view. Only problem we had was that the weather turned cold on our arrival. We still had lots of fun and family time in this condo. Were able to prepare our on meals when we wanted with a kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils. We even got to see dolphins swimming off shore our final day.

  We enjoyed staying in Phoenix 4 Condo. We had 5 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room in the condo. Loved having the two beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of cookware if you want to cook meals in the condo. Enjoyed spending time on the balcony and saw beautiful sunrises each morning. We love Gulf Shores, Alabama and plan to return next year.

  Beautifully decorated, well stocked, extra clean, very spacious, great location with a great ocean view. This is, by far, our favorite place to stay for a beach vacation. We recommend this VRBO.

  Our family enjoyed this condo and found it to be very comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The view is beautiful and the balcony is larger than most. This particular unit is close to the elevator, which made it a short walk for my grandparents. The furnishings are nice and the floorplan is very open- with a large tv in the spacious den, it was perfect for watching football games. It's close to restaurants, the grocery store, and some shopping. We would recommend the property and are likely to return!

  Our family has been going to the Beach for 45 plus years.This is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It was so clean. The furnishings were beautiful. The beds in the bedrooms were so big that you slept very comfortable. The kitchen, dining area and living room were so spacious. You could see the Ocean from different places where you were sitting in the living room. The balcony was large and the view from it was awesome. It made you feel at home. When you got off the elevator you were just a few feet from the Condo. Very convenient. We were there for a month and already have it booked for a month in 2013.

  MY FAMILY AND OUR FRIENDS STAYED IN THIS THREE BEDROOM CONDO, IT WAS VERY NICE. THE FURNISHINGS WAS GREAT, LINENS AND TOWELS VERY NICE. THERE WAS ALWAYS PEOPLE ONSITE CLEANING THE BUILDING AND ITS COMMON AREAS. THE BEDS WERE PLENITFUL, SO EVERY ONE GOT THEIR OWN BED WHICH WAS VERY NICE WHEN SHARING YOUR VACATION WITH ANOTHER FAMILY. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WHOM HANDLED THE RESERVATIONS, CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ALL SITUATIONS... I RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANY FAMILY LOOKING FOR A GREAT VACATION BECAUSE THE GULF COAST HOLDS SOME OF OUR FAVORTIE FAMILY VACATION MEMORIES...

  We extremely enjoyed our stay at Condo 4083!!! We are looking forward to booking it again next summer! It was nice and spacious! When calling to report a bright red stain that we found when we walked into one of the bedrooms, the staff was very curtious and made sure to send someone out right away. Can't wait to come back next summer!
