Wilson condo description
This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome is located on the Westbank in the quaint Aspens neighborhood. The decor is a nice combination of modern and rustic. There is even historic wood used in the main room as an amazing accent piece! The living room has a wood stove, TV, amazing views of the Tetons and access to a great patio and open space. The kitchen and eating area are very spacious and nicely updated. The three outdoor living areas give an amazing extension of this already spacious three bedroom property. There is a cozy courtyard, a nice ground level back deck that stares at the mountain range, as well as an upstairs balcony if you need a little bit of privacy and solitude. Children can enjoy a playground not far from the back patio.
The sleeping quarters are on the second level of this property. There is a spiral staircase that leads up to a landing where the three bedrooms are located. The master suite has a King bed and enjoys Teton views from the upstairs balcony as well as an amazing en-suite bathroom area. There is a TV in the master bedroom. The bunk area is the perfect solution for the little ones in your life. There are two sets of wooden bunk beds that will comfortably sleep four people. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The full bathroom for the bunk room and guest room is conveniently located between the two rooms for easy access. You can bring your family of eight and have a great time!
This townhome gives a feeling of rustic solitude without being miles from civilization. You will be steps from the Aspens Market, the Teton Sports Club, a great wine shop, coffee shop, a sushi and Austrian restaurant. If you are an avid biker, runner, roller blader, or you just like to enjoy a nice walk…the bike path is literally steps from the front door. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the south entrance to Grand Teton National Park are only about five minutes away and the town of Jackson is about 10 minutes away. Guests of this property regularly enjoy the company of the local moose population and other wildlife guests. What a treat!
There are no pets allowed, but please let us know if you have any pet allergies as the owners may have had their own pet in the property.

Great location, but needs updates
Great location, but needs updates
The rental company was great to deal with, and the owner - who had stopped by to get items out of her garage, was lovely and very helpful. However, we spent time we should not have had to spend emailing the rental company and asking the owner to help us with various small things. Its important to note, there is not AC…so if renting during the summer, you'll definitely need to utilize the fans. The back patio and view were amazing, but the condo itself had many small things that needed to be repaired. Loose towel bar in the master bath, an crucial outlet in the bunk bed room that didn't work, broken window handles in the twin bedroom, lights out in the kitchen and upstairs hall, a loose front door threshold that we all tripped on…lots of little issues like that that I assume would have been checked before renting out the property. I would recommend this condo more for in the winter, when your skiing and out all day, then in the summer. I'd also confirm that all repairs on the list above have been made…. a rental company should always check things like that before guests arrive, and we were very dissapointed they did not.

Manager response: The issues that the guests had with this condo have been addressed. They were small issues and quick fixes...which the prior guests hadn't experienced with this property. There typically is not AC in properties in this area and we are sorry that this was a concern. We are always happy to quickly address any issues that our guests have with our properties. Thank you for your review.
Comfortable, Homey Condo
Comfortable, Homey Condo
This condo had everything we could have asked for to be comfortable and at home. When we arrived the beds were made and extremely comfortable. There was plenty of drawer space for our clothes, as well as a wonderful cabinet of games and toys for our kids that I did not expect. The kitchen was fully stocked with gadgets and tools, so that anything I had wished to cook or bake, I could. The deck and balcony were lovely places to spend the afternoon and evening. The house had little comforts and thoughtful additions everywhere, like clothes hampers, extra blankets, and throws for the living room. We loved our stay. I would recommend that since all bedrooms are upstairs, and the stairs are a steep spiral staircase, that anyone with problems climbing stairs might not be comfortable here. The Albertsons in Jackson was only 10 minutes away and the Aspen Market (within walking distance) was a lovely store as well. Both had all the gluten-free, dairy free supplies that I need for my family. It was a short drive up to the Tetons and we loved everything about our stay.

The condo was comfortable however it wasn't as clean as expected--the carpets were stained and obviously very old. There were no frying pans in the kitchen which made making breakfast difficult. I actually cooked up sausages in a big ol pot. The management company was very helpful and extremely professional. I would give them a 5. Overall a nice stay.

Manager response: We are SO very sorry for the lack of cleanliness in the condo. We had a turn over of cleaning companies and sadly discovered that some of our properties were not being cleaned to the extent that we had expected. We will refund the cleaning fee, of course. Again, our extreme apologies and thank you letting us know about the lack of frying pans. You are a very important guest to us and we are just mortified that you arrived to find a less than perfect situation. Please accept our deepest apologies and we hope you had a wonderful time in Jackson Hole otherwise!
Great Fall GetawayGuest comment entered by manager
Great Fall Getaway
My family stayed in this Aspen's condo last Fall. We had a great vacation...right before having to return to school. The location was so convenient to everything that we wanted to do...bike path, Teton Village, Grand Teton Nat'l Park & Yellowstone, and the Snake River...what more could you ask for? Well, there was a great little market and wine/liquor store within a stones throw of our condo as well. Stiegler's Restaurant and the sushi place were a nice convenience as well! We are coming back!

We loved staying at this condo and the views of the Tetons were amazing! The outdoor living space was so wonderful in the summer and the kids loved having the playground. We even had a moose walk through the backyard. Thank you for all the recommendations!

What an amazing find!Guest comment entered by manager
What an amazing find!
This property is amazing! There were so many great details in the decoration. The location is so convenient, the views are great, the outdoor living is a plus, and all the conveniences of a house, but for the price of a condo. We felt like we made a steal when we found this place!
