This is exactly as advertised. Great building, gated access, nice pools beach front as well. Quiet and very close to down town. We've taken beach vacations in Rio, Cancun, Italy, Portugal, Cabo San Lucas and more. This is one of the best locations ever. You have access to many nearby beaches, the mountains and more. We are already planning our next trip. We enjoyed: golf at Los Suenos, Tarcoles Boat Tour, Manuel Antonio Park, Segways in Quepos, sunset at Caletas and last but not least- Jaco itself.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Stayed here for a week and loved it. Close enough to everything but on the quieter North beach. Easy walk to fun Clarita's sports bar. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. Beautiful views.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We just returned from a week of staying in this wonderful condo right on Jaco Beach. The views are outstanding and the accommodations are equally impressive. Perfect for two couples (which we had) or for a family of 4-6. Jaco is a very interesting community and was perfect to operate out of for our excursions. We are golfers, so it was great having Los Suenos only 10 minutes away. Great course cut right out of the rain forest. Awesome marina there also. Many of the activities and tours are only a few minutes from Jaco. What really impressed us was the quality of the food in and around Jaco. Eileen, the owner, had given us her list of favorite restaurants, along with ideas of many different activities to consider while in Costa Rica, but we were still wondering if the food would really be all that great by comparison. Without exception, every meal was good and and most were outstanding. Lemon Zest and Graffiti's are absolute musts while you are there. Maybe more than once each!! We will have many wonderful memories of this awesome country and you really can't go wrong by choosing to stay in this condo. We would do it again! One last thing, and it may be why there are so many ex pats living in Costa Rica, the people we came in contact with were about as nice and friendly as you could ever find. I will look forward to coming back one day to the Pura Vida style of living.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you so much for your feedback. I am glad you enjoyed our condo and town. We hope you are able to visit again.

Wow ! I just returned from Jaco a few days ago and had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful condo. The condo is beautiful ! It comes with everything that you will need for a great vacation. Nicely decorated with very high end finishes. Its on the North end of the beach, where it is very quiet, but still within walking distance of everything. . I loved everything about the Palms, but i would have to say that the balcony is awesome ! Very large and totally unobstructed views of the ocean !! The owner , Eileen, was a pleasure to deal with and will answer any questions that you may have about anything . I have stayed at other properties before but i think i have definetly found the spot for my future trips to Jaco .Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you for the review. Let us know the next time you are planning a trip to Costa Rica.

Why the Owner Chose Jaco:
We were looking for a vacation home where we could spend time away from Texas and we fell in love with Jaco beach. The people are so friendly, the food is great and it is so convenient to so many areas of Costa Rica.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Costa RIcan coffee on the balcony is perfect.
Walking and boogie boarding on the beach.
The river on the North end of the beach is just a minute away. It is different everyday.
