The ground floor contains 2 large bedrooms that open into a large family room / kids retreat complete with a kitchenette and foxtel. Enjoy that special bottle of wine while in the huge bath as relaxation is 'delivered in style'. The family room opens onto a spacious private courtyard sheltered from the weather and road.
Upstairs finds you in a spacious open plan living/dining area that will make entertaining easy... With a beautifully appointed kitchen, cooking for guests is an indulgence. Then step onto the deck to experience all that comes from the word RELAX! This wonderful generous sized balcony allows you to entertain easily with a large barbeque and an ambience to die for!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and heaps of room to revitalize after a long day exploring the region. An ensuite equipped with an enormous shower allows you to wash away all thats on your mind and enjoy every minute of your holiday. Air-conditioning will ensure that you are kept supremely comfortable. A double lock-up garage to keep your cars safe, is equipped with plenty to keep the kids entertained down the beach and has a washing machine and dryer.
